• Clean well decorated rooms, nice pool and grounds, close to Zion.
• No breakfast, small bathroom.

“Great place to stay. We stayed at three hotels during our vacation and this was our favorite. The rooms our nice. The plasma flat screen TV was a hit. Has a very nice heated pool which was great during the spring. 24hr hot tub is cool. Staff was nice and helpful. They have a fun kids play area with sand box, toys, things to climb on. They have three buildings; two river front and one main by the kids area and pool. Both offer either private balcony (upstairs) or patio (downstairs). We elected for the main building downstairs for ease of the kids. There's no breakfast included (like everywhere else in Springdale); however, there's a cafe next door which offers breakfast (We didnt try it). Cliffrose is the first motel/hotel outside of Zion. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Also I was told they have Tents they can put up and volleyball for family get togethers. They have a very large lawn area in front of the pool. There are gardens next to the pool which is beautifully kept. Overall I would give this place a 9 for the value and would give it a 10 if it had breakfast arrangements. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Nothing really.

“The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful view. We had a 2 queen bed room that was very clean and attractive. I would stay here again.”

• Fantastic views! Close to Zion and downtown restaurants.
• I can't think of anything I did not like.

“Friendly staff. Left our room key taped to their front door for our late arrival. Immaculate grounds and landscaping. I wish that we had stayed there for our entire time in southern Utah instead of moving on. Comfortable beds and surroundings. Quiet for being on the main route to Zion.”

• Very clean room. Beds were above average. Quiet and comfortable with excellent view.
• There isn't anything to complain about.
