• Location, mini mart was excellent, porch for viewing.
• Dark room.

“This hotel is walking distance to Zion National Park, surrounded by red cliffs and close to shopping and restaurants. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The laundry facilities are great and it was a real bonus to have a small porch area right outside the room. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Breakfast was beautiful, but that's it.
• Pool closed at early time, so that my kids didn't have time to enjoy.

“AC in the room was so noisy so that we could not have good night sleep. This hotel didn't have elevator, so that it was so hard for us to bring our heavy suit cases upstairs. Entrance area of one of the room we stayed was so narrow, that we had to walk side ways. Hotel used pool towel as room towel. That did not look professional job. Pool towel and room towel should be separated in my opinion.”

• Liked leaving the place.
• Absolute worst management/owners - dishonest.

“Absolutely the worst management/owners. Second day into stay, management called our room and accused us of being dishonest about how many people were in our room. And said they were raising our rates (we had 4 adults and never said otherwise). We went to the front desk to clear up the matter. Management said never mind and told us to leave the office when we expressed our displeasure. Next day on check-out we lodged a complaint with the supervisor regarding the previous days' manager. A woman behind the desk (who turned out to be the owner) was rude. Other things that were unsatisfactory (as if there needed to be more): items in market/shop way over-priced, continental breakfast was eggs cooked at 7:00 am that sat until 10:00, very small pool for the number of people staying there, staff was not helpful had no information about the Zion park and couldn't answer more than 1 question at a time, AC fan was very loud, fan in bathroom hardly worked. Our biggest complaint, however, was that we treated very poorly and having our vacation nearly ruined.”

• Great location, within 1/2 mile of Zion National Park. Clean room. Air conditioned.
• Internet access did not always function well. Pool not heated.

“Great location, within 1/2 mile of Zion National Park. Clean room. Air conditioned. Free internet access. Near Zion shuttle stop. Small market on the premises. Pool is not heated, but much appreciated in the 100 degree summer temperatures. Some rooms have a nice view and a patio with chairs outside. Rooms that medium fridge and microwave and cable.”
