“The staff was great and wonderful to work with. The hotel needs more updating as it is looking too dated, rust stains, the beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable, the pool/hot tub area needs a total overhaul and more care of the miniature golf area is needed. On the plus side, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator and microwave, free internet connection, a continental breakfast and the view from the front of the hotel is nice. The backside view is of a lot full of semis and equipment. A screen of trees along the border would help this tremendously. I will be staying here again and wanted to point out that the staff made a big difference in my choosing to return.”

“Was close to lake for recreation. Was close to town for shopping and food. Pool & spa were clean and nice for dip to cool off. Beautiful view, next time I will take advantage of the on-site mini-golf.”

“We stayed for 2 days during a grueling seminar schedule. Our door would not lock from the outside; unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time during which we could pack up and move rooms. The front desk was never able to fix our lock so the safety of our belongings was in question. The common areas were being retargeted so it was hard to tell what it was going to look like. The man at the front desk was impolite but Becky was very nice.”

“I swam in there pool on a hot evening and sat in the spa. next morning my left ear was plugged and didn't say anything to staff. The only "staff" in the morning was a 9 or 10 year old boy. He said he was the manager and showed us his ring of keys. The breakfast area was dirty and was barely stocked. Warm milk, no oj etc. ”

“The room we stayed in was in need of many repairs. The smoke detector had been removed from the room. The headboard of the bed was falling off. The entire hotel is in need of a good cleaning as well as maintenance Every hotel in Hurricane, Utah is owned by the same people and all are in this same below-standard condition.”

“This hotel bumped us. We did not stay with them. When we arrived at 12:45am with small children with a change of plans. I'm very dissatisfied with how our stay went.”
