• Good access.
• Needs to be refurbished. Very tired and worn out.

• It did not cost allot of money.
• It was very dirty, staff was not helpful.

“I got there late, the lobby was not open, I had to stand outside whale keys were retrieved. The rooms were dirty and my pillow smelled like pee. The bed was uncomfortably hard. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying there again.”

• It was close to the shopping malls.
• No air-conditioning, sheets don't fit bed, staff don't understand English?

“I will not stay here again please don't even think about it yourself. It might be close the malls but so are most of the other hotels. Our air-conditioning didn't work, with 2 kids they didn't move us to another room, it was 80 degrees in the room - the king bed had the mattress showing at the top, sheets didn't fit the bed - awful! The staff was confused and did not seem to understand English very well - we were happy to leave.”

• There was nothing good about this hotel it was very displeasing.
• The service.

“They could not speak English well I had to have him repeat himself quite a few times and then still did not understand most of what he said. He was rude and the room was not very clean. As I was checking in there was a man complaining that his room door had been left open by the maids and the man behind the counter just laughed and said not his problem. And there was another man in front of me asking for his money back. I was not happy with my stay at all even the lobby was dirty.”

• Nothing.
• My room was labeled as no smoking, but the bathroom was full of smoke. I suspect it was leaking through from another room. The smoke made me sick.

“When I reported the smoke in my room to the manager, he just smiled and did not say a word. I would rather sleep on the ground than go back to that hotel.”

• It was a place to sleep.
• Not clean - very dated.

“This place is a dump. We took the filter off the window air conditioner and cleaned it so that we could get cool air in the room. Will not be staying here again.”

• The view out my window was nice.
• Pool was closed, staff unfriendly, generally shabby.

“This motel is not necessarily awful, but for the money I spent on my room, it was absolutely not worth it. I called ahead to make arrangements for two queen beds, a microwave, and refrigerator in my room, but did not receive it when I arrived. After complaining loudly, they begrudgingly let us have the room we wanted. The pool was "closed" for cleaning for several weeks--must have been absolutely filthy if it takes that long to clean. The nearby carwash has a very loud air-drying system that kept us awake. The air-conditioner had a half inch gap between the unit and the outside wall where daylight streamed through, smoke flowed in from other guests who smoked on the balcony, as did the noise from the traffic on St. George Boulevard.”
