“This was not a new hotel but the rooms must have been remodeled recently. They did an excellent job and the room was very nice.”

“The location was nice. we mostly just stayed there to sleep, the only part that was not good was while we were in the pool some people that were not staying there got threw the gates of the pool then were just hanging out.”

“We were pleased with the large, recently remodeled, clean room with large TV. The only problem with the huge TV is there were no inputs to plug in the kids Game Console or DVD player. The room was spacious, two pools to choose from and the staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were happy and helpful! We will be back.”

“This hotel must have been the Bomb in the 60's when it was built. There are a lot of cool retro architectural details on the buildings and especially around the pool area. The room was very clean. The decor in the room was a little weird; it kind of looked like they were half way through things. The carpet and wallpaper looked new and modern while the bedspread and some of the furniture looked at least 10 years old. The two styles didn't blend too well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a few special requests and they were very accommodating. My biggest complaint was that the bed was very firm and the pillows were a little lumpy.”

“Our room was newly renovated. New mattresses, new decor. Very nice. The breakfast area was very cramped especially on the weekend. We decided to dine elsewhere. Still a little cramped for weekday, but ok. Overall, pleasantly surprised. Will stay there again.”

“It was ok, but I was a little disappointed in the quality of star rating. Its location is ok. I travel alone a lot and prefer to have indoor hall ways instead of doors right to the outside.”

“Hotel was great, it offered everything we needed and it was very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was bothersome was that there were So many kids and families that there were no pool towels when we needed them. We went to the outdoor pool, they said they would bring them to us and they never did, so when it started to rain we had to run, cold all the way to the room sopping wet.”

“The room was attractive and the pools were fun. We enjoyed the breakfast, but we did not enjoy waking up to cockroaches in bathroom sink especially since we left our toothbrushes out on the counter! We also found them in our closet which is where we stored our bags and clothes! When we approached the front desk about the cockroaches, they said that they had sprayed recently in the past and the cockroaches were just active, and besides it was the desert! Okay, so we paid for a nice room with cockroaches. ”

“As we approached the motel I was very skeptical because of the advanced age of the buildings. The lobby and check-in areas are a little dated but the staff was very pleasant. The room door opened on a nice surprise. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom and vanity areas were new and absolutely spotless!”

“The hotel was fine, but there were no niceties whatsoever. It was average on all levels. Nothing about it exceeded its two star rating.”

“I found this hotel to exceed all my expectations. It was a wonderful place to stay. The only recommendation I would make is that if you stay there in the cold months, you need to ask for a room near the indoor pool. The rooms are all in an enclosed building. Whereas the other, more dated, rooms open out to the parking lot. These rooms are not nearly as inviting and warm as the enclosed building. The only reason I know this, is because my sister and her husband arrived one night before we did, and she was very disappointed in the room they were assigned,(we were there for a funeral) and when they saw the room we got, they asked to be switched to the indoor rooms. They couldn't believe the difference! The continental breakfast was a big hit with my family. Belgian waffles, fruit, cereal etc. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were warm and relaxing. And it was great having it just down the hall from our room. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I love this place. If I ever have to go back to st. George, I will definitely stay there again. We completely got our money's worth.”
