  • The room was large, comfortable, clean. The breakfast buffet was of great quality.

  • Hot breakfast was great with lots of variety.
  • No hot water! This is why I gave it a lower rating. A cold shower doesn't leave a good impression!

“For a Best Western, I thought the rooms were nicely appointed. (We were in their new wing.) It was clean and the hot breakfast was great. My major complaint is that we had no hot water and had to take cold showers. That pretty much spoils a traveler's impression of a hotel.”
