• Location, clean beds.
• Our entry point was at the service entrance, all cups, glasses, and coffee maker were near the toilet.

“For a three star hotel it lacked the room space you would expect. It felt more like a motel six. More attention was paid to infectious cleaning. All the drinking cups and coffee pot were within two feet of the toilet and they could not understand our concern. The carpet, on the stairs, was ripped and very dirty. I hope never to stay there again!”

• Convenient, quiet and the area around the hotel was very nice. Easy on and off from I-15.

“I liked the location and the quietness of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has very easy access from I-15 and was next to shopping and food. I have stayed here before and will stay again.”

• The facilities were good for the amount paid.
• The continental breakfast was very limited, a meat choice, some yogurt etc. Would have been nice.

• Parking was very close to the room.
• Extremely small, especially the restroom.

“Very dated, big crack under the door with a few bugs. Door didn't shut tight and they gave our room to someone else who made our keys not work - when we returned the door was left open and we entered without a key - not a good feeling!”

• Location was fair, all major restaurants on other side of town.
• Horrible beds.

“We are in the 21st Century and this hotel thinks its okay to use Murphy beds (circa 1950) in a junior suite? The beds were horrible. Woke up stiff every morning. On the bright side had fun playing pool & using the pool. My recommendation, spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.”

• Great location and an awesome pool.
• The decor and furnishings are a bit dated.

“The Holiday Inn St. George has been one of my favorite places to stay in St. George, however this time it was lacking a bit. It is definitely a great location, and the front desk staff was amazing in accommodating my requests including a late check-in, but the furnishings and decor are a bit dated and the breakfast in the Restaurant was just not good. I'd rather have eaten at McDonalds. The hotel also has gotten rid of most in-room entertainment except for TV and Wireless Internet (no movies, games, etc). And the wireless is a tad slow. Otherwise, this is a great property!”

• Not clean and very old. Staff not helpful at all.

“They started knocking on our door at 9:00 telling us is was time to be out. Check out was not until 11:00. Hotel did not have elevator, we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Not a good choice.”

“The receptionist
was very good even though at the last minute there was a bunch of people who turned up unexpectedly. My daughter and her family stayed in a room two doors down and they all swam at the pool and really enjoyed their stay.”

• The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice!
• Would have been nice to have had a scenic view from the room.

“We weren't really expecting much from this hotel but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. We had an inside room so there wasn't really a scenic view but the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel featured an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub which were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!”

• Older hotel. Carpet not clean. Small TV, no fridge.

“This is an old hotel that has sort of been remodeled but not as nice as most 2 stars that I have stayed at.”
