• The bathroom floor was heated.
• My friend got chigger bites while lying in the bed.

“Southgate is on the dumpy side and not well cleaned. That said, it is not visibly dirty in the room. After my friend got several chigger bites on the bed he had to sleep in the car. While the staff was nice and helpful.”

• We chose the hotel in part because they took pets.
• Room was dirty and smelly.

“When I checked in I declared a pet (dog), she changed my room assignment based on the dog. The room was really bad, soiled carpet, dirty bathroom, unknown condition of bedspread.”

• Only thing good was the breakfest selections.
• Kept awake most of night by party people until 4:30 in morning.

“Would not stay again,area filthy all around perimiter of building and stair cases. Needs a complete overhaul.”

• Great price, great breakfast and clean rooms.
• Old but clean

“The breakfast was far the best in over 3000 miles of journey, and 5 other motels. They had tons of food for breakfast. They also had wireless internet, so we could all catch up on our emails. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling to Missoula.”
