• Large modern rooms, cooperative staff.
• Very, very dirty.

“After checking into our room we found "stuff" floating in our toilet and the trash can full of things that appeared to have been there for quite a while. When we asked for a new room the front desk person was helpful and apologetic. Our second room was better but one of the beds had a lumpy mattress. During all of this walking around we saw that the whirlpool had brownish water and two (maybe more) of the trash cans in the hallways were overflowing and had excess contents on the floor. This motel has large, tastefully decorated, well appointed, but very dirty rooms. Management is obviously hiring only minimal cleaning help. ”

• This is a really nice hotel.
• You have to pay attention when getting into the parking lot.

• It was in the center of Kalispell and that's it.
• Run down, dirty hot tub, pool not good, few TV channel choices, much disrepair.

“95% of motels in this town are rundown. Hot tub had grey water in it. Shower head had very little water pressure and almost impossible to regulate water temperature. Carpet and very worn and dirty. This place has been on all suck for profits for years obviously. ”

• The hotel was in the center of town, had a nice dinning and the room was clean.
• There wasn't anything that I disliked.

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect.”

• Good hotel for the price I bid on.
• The hotel is dated and needs some renovation soon to retain the 3 stars rating.

“I don't think this hotel deserves the 3 stars rating because it is dated in its furnishings and carpets compared to similar hotels with the same star rating. I am sure it has seen better days but the room is clean and beds are comfortable. The free wireless internet access is good but I was never able to log on to any of my emails. A big minus in my opinion has to be its indoor pool. The water is way too cold. I'm not even sure it is heated.”

“The West coast Kalispell Center Hotel office staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very satisfactory for the cost, except the bed felt badly broken down on one side. Aside from that, the facility was good and met or exceeded our expectations.”

• It has an indoor swimming pool.
• No response to fixing the cold hot tub after three different patrons called.

“We enjoy staying at the West coast for our family and well priced for a weekend with dad when he returns from work out of state. The staff is pretty much very helpful and courteous. Thanks West coast.”

“The hotel does not look like a 3 star. The corridor is dark, just like a local motel. The staff is inflexible and did not give us the bed type we request (unless with additional fee.) The coffee maker was not cleaned.”

• we enjoyed the fact that it was connected to the mall
• there was nothing we did not like

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and had new furnishings. The carpets in the hall could use some updating, but all in all had a very enjoyable time. The restaurant at the hotel also had very good breakfasts.”

• The location was very convenient and the rooms were great.
• The exercise room was quite hot and stuffy.

“Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds. The towels were especially large and fluffy. The hotel is located in the same building as the mall, so shopping was close by. We felt that the staff was exceptionally friendly.”

• Front desk worker exceptionally helpful, followed up to see if room was acceptable. Very nice experience. Would stay there again.
• No complaints.

“Clean room, nice thick towels, good room service, very helpful staff, especially Carol on the front desk. She called the room to see if I was happy with the room. Good location. Great price, great value. Would definitely stay there if visiting Kalispell again.”

• Rooms need updating. TV and remote control old and antiquated.
