• It had comfortable beds.
• They offer continental breakfast.

“It was an older hotel, that has had some recent updating. It could use a little more updating, but overall it is a good safe clean hotel. I would recommend it to others. As a matter of fact, I am staying there 3 more times this month because of business.”

• Great meal prices in restaurant plus discount with room key was a nice surprise.
• No local knowledge for travelers from front desk. No regular coffee in room, only decaf. Dirty tub.

• It is a really nice hotel with great customer service.

“It's very clean, with nice rooms and bathrooms, and easy access to the recreation areas. However, the restaurant left much to be desired, and it does not really have a continental breakfast or playground.”

• The room decor was nice and the room was clean.
• The pool was too deep for our 2 year old and it was not heated as specified.

“My room was dirty, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The bath tub didn't drain at all and the tub had soap scum all over it.”

• Unpleasant odor in halls.

“Expected something more upscale. Unfriendly reception. Halls have a very stale odor. Housekeeping did not use bedspreads; left on floor. Good outdoor pool area. Exterior repaint in progress. Wouldn't return.”

• Price! I also like the bath and body stuff. Great workout room and pool.
• Bathrooms were dirty. Only 2 towels in the room for 4 people. No free breakfast.

• Bed was very comfortable.
• No washcloths on 2nd day and no toiletries left. Housekeeping cart left in hallway with master keys on it for over an hour no one in attendance.

“The room was comfortable, the bed great, nice room temperature, nice to have a refrigerator in the room, also. But it seemed that the hotel might have been suffering some financial problems. Outside was poorly maintained. Our housekeeper was less than satisfactory. No toiletries were left, no coffee replaced and the coffee pot was not clean.”

• The location is the only thing.
• Dirty! The shower did not have safety handles & my father fell in the shower.

“This was an awful experience for us. We took our parents on their first road trip ever and this was the first place we stayed and our parents had dirty sheets on their bed. Their coffee pot was dirty, there was no coffee and the creamers were opened and spilled. There were no safety handles in the shower and my father fell. He actually fell out of the shower because he grabbed the shower curtain and fell on the floor. He was blocking the door so we had a hard time getting in to help him. We will never stay at a Red Lion Hotel again!”

• Incredibly comfortable beds.
• Nothing.

“The beds were amazing and each one had 4 wonderful pillows on it. The bathroom was so nice and roomy. We had several channels to choose from on the TV. It was very quiet and the staff was prompt with service.”

• The spell is very muggy, beds sheets and towels not new or clean.

“Smelled bad, wet muggy and the spell of smoke. They need to remodel the carpets and smells. Then this would be a great place to stay.”

“Although located in a convenient location and newly remodeled. Our room smelled horrible, had mold on the ceiling in the shower and a moldy shower curtain. I do not recommend this hotel.”

• Breakfast was good at the restaurant, room was clean.
• Walls were thin; neighbors were noisy one of the nights.

“The hotel was clean, front desk was helpful; breakfast was tasty in the hotel restaurant. The walls were thin and noise penetrated through. I believe it is considered a two star which is probably pretty accurate. Ok but nothing special.”

• Quiet room, nice location and building.
• Carpets on ext.corridors very dirty, gas fire place did not work.
