• The beds were extremely comfortable and general location was perfect.
• Needs updating, soundproofing, staff more positive about surrounding area.

“While the beds are wonderful after a day of driving, the pillows were small squares as opposed to the normal rectangular shape which interfered with side sleeping. Furnishings okay but not worthy of a 3 star hotel, plus the fact that refrigerators not available. The price was great as accepted but I should have bet on two star where more practical amenities would have been the norm. Red Lion Inns have other locations that are far nicer than this, the bed was the only 3 star item they offered. Staff was friendly but not very helpful in suggesting dinner restaurant, and did not even up-sell their own hotel restaurant, which I thought was odd.”

• Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Trash still in cans and toilet dirty. Very uncomfortable pillows

• It was easy to check in, and the room was better then expected.
• The computer availible for guests was hard to use and had dangerous information miners operating.

• The pool was nice, bed was comfortable.
• Not enough towels, had to ask twice for more towels. Very stuffy even with air conditioner.

“Housekeeping service was slow. Room was small but nice. Not very many cable channels. Nice pool. Room was stuffy- hard to control the temperature.”

• Old facility-Needs complete overhaul.

“Red Lion's are consistently poor value and poorly maintained. Not just this one but it has been my experience with all of them. This is my biggest peeve with Priceline regarding motel choice. By the way we saved about $22.00 on our room through Priceline over the everyday walk in price - certainly not anywhere close to half price.”

• Location and value for price I paid.
• Room's living area and bathroom were small. Bathroom smelled mildewy.

“Was satisfied with this room but was still somewhat disappointed as I had higher expectations from this hotel chain. Have stayed at other properties owned and operated under this chain that had cleaner, much larger, overall nicer rooms and better parking at virtually the same price. The street construction tried one's patience but that will be over someday. No refrigerator, coffee-maker or microwave. Would stay again but only at or less than the price I paid on this stay.”

• It was quite and the bed was very comfortable.
• The TV did not work and no discount was given for the lack of a functional TV.

“The TV didn't work. one channel, no sound. Called the front desk. They said let it warm up. Offered to give us a different room, but way on the other side of the hotel after we've already moved everything in. Asked for a discount instead, no such luck. Other than that that place was acceptable.”

“Very worn, not real clean, needs repair in a lot of area's. Sheet dingy gray and almost see through. Just out side our sliding glass door - A dirty BBQ, beer can's and trash. Very unsightly. When we complained they just blew us off.”

• We drove 8 hours to get to Twin Falls for our daughter's college basketball tournament. We arrived at 3 am. Room was quiet and slept tall noon!
• The bottom sheet on the bed was a flat sheet and too small for our king size bed. It bunched up under us both nights.

“Great place for our needs. We hope to stay there again next year.”

• It had comfortable beds.
• They offer continental breakfast.

“It was an older hotel, that has had some recent updating. It could use a little more updating, but overall it is a good safe clean hotel. I would recommend it to others. As a matter of fact, I am staying there 3 more times this month because of business.”

• Great meal prices in restaurant plus discount with room key was a nice surprise.
• No local knowledge for travelers from front desk. No regular coffee in room, only decaf. Dirty tub.

• It is a really nice hotel with great customer service.

“It's very clean, with nice rooms and bathrooms, and easy access to the recreation areas. However, the restaurant left much to be desired, and it does not really have a continental breakfast or playground.”
