• There was more than two pillows on each bed and that was without asking.
• There was four in the room and we had to ask for the fourth set of towels.

“The hotel was clean and well kept. They had a nice continental type of breakfast, even allowing one to make a fresh waffle right there on the spot. When one called to request something, it was taken care of immediately. Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.”

• Only sheer curtin over window let in too much light and not enough privacy.

“Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Good location, close to interstate and numerous resaurants. High speed internet access is a plus for business travelers. Only thing I didn't like was there was only a sheer curtin over the window that let in too much light and didn't give enough privacy.”

• The ambiance was that of an upscale hotel with a comfortable feeling.
• The room had no table and chair suitable for eating/snacking.

“This property was relatively new and newly decorated. The facilities were excellent, the bedding was among the best, and the continental breakfast was superb. The staff was friendly and hospitable. All in all it was one of the nicest hotel/motel I have experienced. The only shortcoming was the lack of a table/chair arrangement for eating/snacking in the room.”

“We found this hotel very much to our liking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated. The location was very easy to find and close to freeway entrance/exit. The breakfast was very nice (my husband especially liked the breakfast sandwiches) and the dining room was attractive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for the price we paid.”

• Because it was a smaller town, the price was more than I wanted to pay.

• Room was spacious. Location was very convenient. Continental breakfast very good with lots of choices.
• Back door lock would not open easily.

• The spa and pool were down most of the stay.

“The maintenance man was off so the staff did not know how to get the pool and spa back on line. Did make arrangements with a hotel next door for us to swim but it was to cold to make the trek.”

• The beds were wonderful and breakfast was great.

“The friendly staff service is outstanding. Originally, I was register to a room with a strong cigarette odor. I called the front desk and they immediately changed me to a room that did not have the smell. When I approach the front desk asking for directions, Mr. Felix at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning ladies did a superb job. Excellent job.”
