• Management and their attitude towards customers.

“I had bad experience my last and final time at La Fuente. I have stayed there numerous times and I made an honest mistake about my room but they charged me for it. The staff told me that it was all set and there was a mix up but when I got to work to do my expense report the charge was on my card. I was disappointed. I explained to them that I have stayed there numerous times, my colleagues also stay there every time they are in the town (which is at least 1-2 month). The staff is great. It is upper management that is terrible and not in the mood to establish any client relationship. It is basically get them in and out and that is it. To boot I called upper management 2 times with no return phone call. If you want a place which doesn't care about you but only your money then this is the place for you. I will never stay their again and I hope reading this you look for another place because they are terrible! At least the management is!”

• Rooms surrounded a garden/pool oasis. Refrigerator & microwave in room. No noise from the pool or freeway. Excellent full breakfast.
• Bed a little too firm. Refrigerator made some noise during night.

“We would definitely stay there again. Excellent value. Everything was clean and cared for. Staff was friendly. Beautiful garden oasis surrounding central pool. Excellent full breakfast. Convenient location.”
