• Location, It is neat a lot of restaurants and the mall.
• A little difficult to find from the main street.

“Great property, clean, nice rooms and amenities. Plenty of parking. Close to the Yuma Palms mall and a lot of restaurants.”

• Very friendly people, everything you need in the room.

“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I really liked the room. The room had all the comforts of home and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly located in Yuma because it is right off of hwy 95 and only 1/4 mile from I-8. Overall, it was a very nice hotel!”

• The friendliness of staff was exceptional.
• I actually can't think of anything I did not like.

“The room was large, clean and well-equipped. I had a room with a kitchenette which was quite nice. The restaurant, pool, exercise room, laundry room, comp breakfast and afternoon social all add to the convenience of this lovely hotel. The garden area for sitting, reading and eating was very nice as well.”

• Open atmosphere to any and/all questions by staff.
• The access road next to the freeway was very busy.

“I enjoyed the free-time (i.e. gym, library, pool, bar, computers, etc.) at the hotel and would very much like to stay there again.”

• Great breakfast and an evening get together to meet other guests.
• Not very sound proof rooms, air vents in upper walls makes for lots of noise from room above.

• Just a nice comfortable hotel, close to everything - cocktail hour was great also.
• None.

“Very nice hotel for the price. Cocktail hour, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, exercise room and a basketball court. Great stay.”

• The front desk staff was excellent and the hotel was in great condition. We enjoyed our stay!
• Nothing. It was all as expected.

“The hotel is well located next to a large mall where every type of food and general shopping is available within walking distance. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is close to many local attractions as well and in this day of high gasoline prices, this too takes center stage when local side trip planning. I would recommend it to any family or business traveler who is looking for a few days stay in Yuma at a good location.”

• The pool area was nice and clean. The free 2- drink happy hour in the evening was very nice for relaxing, breakfast was great too ! Location great.
• Shabby carpet in rooms.

“This best western hotel has a super great location, free breakfast and 2-drink happy hour, refrigerator, micro and nice clean pool. What more could we need ! It was great and we had a great stay !”

• I liked the convenience of the room. The beds are comfortable and staff friendly.
• The air-conditioning unit was very loud.

“The motel is nice, the room we had was outside the pool area and children were running up and down the corridors. Outside rooms, making privacy difficult since you can't open windows.”

• Front desk staff, room type confusion.

“The hotel is clean and in a good convenient location near mall and restaurants. We reserved a king 2 room suites with a sofa pull out. When we arrived they only had us listed for a king room - asked for a sofa pull out. First room we went to only had a chair, had to go back to front desk and get correct room (suite). Front desk staff not very professional.”
