• Old broken down poor customer service.

“This hotel was horrible.
I ended up leaving early and booking a room in another hotel for the rest of my stay.”

• The Mystic River light show and the waterfall and plants that was fun and attractive all day and night. It was near our friends.
• The smoking! Parking lot a bit confusing and inconvenient.

“We really liked the Mystic River Falls and surrounding plants and mechanical animals. When we were in the area of the falls we couldn't smell the cigarette smoke very much or at all. We are both allergic and had to walk quickly with our hands or sleeve over our nose and mouth, when we had to walk through or around those areas. We liked the fact that Sam's Town was very close to the friends we came to visit. The restaurants and staff and all of the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful.”

• The price was right. The atmosphere was great.
• The room could have been cleaner. The tub had not been cleaned.

“Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the room. We didn't stay in the room much so it was ok. The sheets were clean & bedding. That's the most important thing, also the towels.”

• I liked the whole atmosphere of Sam's Town.
• Nothing.

“I was impressed for the minute I walked into Sam's Town. I usually stay on the strip so I had never experienced Sam's town before. I would stay there again and I have told my friends about it. I especially liked how quiet the room was which insured me a great night¿s sleep after playing in the rest of the hotel.”

• A great place to stay for a great price!
• The swimming pool is on the small side.

“This is a clean and friendly place at a great price. Lots of choices of places to eat, be sure to get your players club card for discounts at the buffet. You can't go wrong staying here.”

• The staff was great! Big casino.
• There is nothing around the hotel.

“The stay at Sam's town is a good experience if you are not looking to go shopping or anything. The hotel itself is great. Not much to do if you do not want to gamble. Kind of far from the strip too.”

• Great atmosphere with terrific restaurants, gambling isn't bad either.
• It would be nice if the area around it would continue to build up.

“Sams Town is a great old western style hotel and casino. The atrium is awesome and the food is great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and bigger than other hotel casinos. If this hotel was on the strip, it would make a killing just like all the rest.”
