• Very convenient location for my needs.
• The staff was not very friendly or helpful.

“The hotel was definitely an economy hotel, rooms were clean however there was an article of clothing left in the bathroom from the previous tenant. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. There is a casino and restaurant attached to the hotel. Location was convenient for my needs.”

• Okay.
• The pool is in the front of the hotel, not good for kids.

• The front desk staff was very helpful and nice.
• The restaurant in the casino was dirty and not friendly.

“The pool was nice and felt safe staying at the hotel with the guards and have only hall way access to rooms. Was a pleasant stay.”

“Plaza hotel is a very nice hotel. Centrally located for our needs. Comfortable rooms. We liked the Plaza, because every thing is close by, away from all the traffic on the L/V Strip.”

• Very close to Sam Boyd stadium where the event was.
• Very old, less than adequate customer service, not enough room to write everything else.

“The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was within a 5 min drive to the Sam boyd stadium where the monster jam world finals were held. (convenient for the event) I would never stay there again.”

• A lot of construction going on outside made the room very noisy.

• Can't think of anything really.
• The odor and the redhead.

“Not up to super 8 standards for me. One clerk, the other nice, attached to small, smelly casino, lobby smells like smoke. Room was ok, lamps bolted down; I didn't feel completely safe with the prevailing clientele. I stayed in the room. No breakfast included.”

“I had called prior to making reservation to ask staff questions. I would not have credit card used to make online reservation on me on trip. I was told by staff that cash deposit was needed if no card available on check in, but to provide ID and confirmation. After 12 hours drive, I was told they could not check in without card. I explained I called to verify and had staff name, date we spoke. Manager was put onto phone who told me her staff would never say that, and to leave hotel. My husband and I were in town for family funeral, and were left homeless. The staff misinformed me and then refused to even offer to give us room with cash we had. They even threatened to call authorities if we did not leave hotel.”

• Good value steak breakfast and dinner at attached restaurant.
• Halls and lobby very dingy and dirty.

“Check in and check out good, casino and restaurant attached. Steak breakfast $4.99, steak dinner $5.99. Bus stops within walking distance. Takes two busses to get to strip. Best way to travel there. Locals like eating at restaurant. Was able to use computer in room using Wi-Fi. Very quiet room. Heat and hot water were perfect. Can also bring pets to this motel as told to me by another couple who had brought their dog for protection. Room smelled fresh and clean. They provide free juice and coffee in am. Restaurant has much better coffee. Price is right, I'd stay there again.”

• Price was affordable, staff helpful.
• Lobby penetrated with cigarette smoke smell.

“I was satisfied with our stay there, the room was clean and staff friendly. The downside is the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in the lobby as you enter, but it wasn't in the hallway or room.”

• Convenient to find, easy to find other attractions. Restaurant was very good.
• Could tell it was an older motel. Clean, but was starting to get rundown.

“Motel was easy to find. Restaurant had good food at a good price. Off the strip, but not hard to get to the strip.”

“This hotel should be closed and revamped. Needs a lot of reconstruction and cleaning. It was too loud and really old. My wife and I were very displeased and not satisfied.”

• This was not up to the standards of other super 8 motels that I have stayed at.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
• The lobby was smoky and filled with casino gamblers.

“The hotel was a good value for the money. The friendly staff really made sure that you were comfortable. The lobby was smoky and directly connected to the casino. As a result, you felt like you had to "run the gauntlet" past the gamblers and smokers in order to get to the elevators. It would also be a good idea for the hotel to have irons and ironing boards in each room versus having to get a small, portable ironing board and iron from the front desk.”

• No hot water, s, Smokey halls, said they had high-speed internet, and didn't.
