• It had four walls and a bed and shower.
• Not all the amenities.

“In the description of the hotel, the hotel was suppose to have a pool and they did not do to construction I was not happy at all.”

• Nothing.
• The bed, noise, lack of cleanliness, bathroom, TV hardly worked.

• The price was good; when they finish reconstruction it may be nice.
• It was dirty outdated noisy, no alarm clock, lousy parking.

“It was sub 1 star. The staff was responsive and friendly. They did provide a wakeup call which was on time. But, there was no alarm clock or any clock. The remote barely worked. Security was poor for many reasons. The riff raff partying in the parking lot during the night and the door (was flimsy without seals) did not help. I took my belongings with me, for I felt more comfortable with them in my rental car.”

• It is not very far away from Las Vegas strip, it is good enough.
• Overall it was ok, restrooms are bit old and should be better renovated.

“This hotel was a good stay especially to those that dont have much money to stay at. Very comforting not dirty and the stay was pleasant overall.”

• Retro living in the 60;s.

“Mgt. Is building a new hotel/casino behind it. They will tear down and turn this hotel into a parking lot. New multi level location in process now. No care for the existing rooms will be made so that all monies are going to the new location.”

• Cheap and good to save money.
• Location. It is not a hotel but a motel, so was barely ok.

“If you are looking for cheap and economic place to stay then I can say you can go ahead with this.”

• Security at hotel.
• Dirty, outside elevator with no light in hallway, no safety chain or lock on door, door on sink cabinet half finished.

“I felt very unsafe both walking to lobby and to our room. The lobby was very dimly lit. Outside elevator had light out in hallway. Room had a key entry which is not a problem but there was no safety chain or lock on door. We pushed chair against door. No I will not stay in this hotel again nor will I recommend it to others. I have stayed in several older hotels but this was just run down.”

• Tony roams-restaurant.
• Rooms were filthy.

“Hotel rooms were not clean, dirty sheets, dirty towels, waste basket in bathroom full. Will not be staying there ever again.”

“This is a cheap hotel attached to a dingy casino. The room was clean, however, and you didn't have to go through the casino to get to your room.”

• Not much.
• Torn curtains, toilet plugged up, pool empty, view overlooked air conditioning units. Not a pleasant experience.

“This was a roof over our heads and that was all. Not a pleasant room to come back to.”

• The location, the old Kino machines, the privacy and the hotel staff.
• I found that the casino employees weren't friendly at all.

“I have always enjoyed the Nevada palace and was very pleased with the hotel and hotel staff but as for the casino staff I wasn't at all pleased. We sat at the Kino machines for over an hour and when I asked one of the ladies if she could send over a cocktail waitress she was very annoyed and said it wasn't her place as that wasn't her job. I still intend to keep going.”

• Room was disgusting, staff not really friendly.

“This hotel is by far the scummiest I have ever seen. I ended up leaving because it was very uncomfortable in the room.”

“The staff tried to book me for 2 nights and we only need the room for 12 hours. They tried to authorize my card for twice the amount even after they already had auth thru you! I hope that other places that work with you are better than this one! Brian Anderson.”

• If you called with a problem the response was prompt, not effective but prompt.
• Dirty, smoky, unsafe, very dirty.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were not clean.”

• The staff was nice and the location wasn't far from the strip.
• I didn't like the bathroom, it smelt and it wasn't pleasant to look at.

“This hotel was alright to stay at for a night or two. There was a casino downstairs that we liked, the drinks were cheap and the staff was nice. I might stay here again if I make another last minute trip. But I will definitely plan ahead next time so that we can get a better room.”

• This was the least expensive hotel/casino we could find.
• The property is not being very well maintained.

“This is a rather old hotel by any standards. The property is kept clean and there is ample security, however there are a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. These items aside, for the price I would return again.”
