• Absolutely nothing.
• Filthy, run down, poor customer service.

“The room had stains on carpet, bedspread, sofa, TV remote was broken, sinks dripped. I could not believe the filth in the room! There were urine stains on the toilet, crumbs of food on counter, various other bodily fluids were found dried on one sofa! We checked in and out within 20 minutes.”

• Bad in many way's.
• Asked for different room and was refused, told was full but I seen for myself, complained about next room and called security and no help.

“Wasn't able to sleep dew to room, complained and noting was done. Asked for room change and was told no. My stay was very bad and I will never stay there again and I will tell all my friend's and family very bad service.”

• The size of the room was nice.
• Half the stuff in the room was broken.

“The phone in the room was broken along with the TV remote. There were cigarette burns on the comforter. The lobby was supposed to open at 7 am and nobody showed until almost 8 am. There was a 24-hour phone outside the lobby (for if you couldn't get a hold of the staff) and nobody answered it. I'd look for a different place than this!”

• It was located in the area I wanted to be.
• No phone or TV in the bedroom. Floor was uneven.

“I would never stay there again. I have an extended stay America in cypress California that is great. I expected similar and was let down.”

• Leaving the hotel for good.
• Were do I start. First of all the rooms were dark and dirty, missing light bulbs and dirty coffee maker.

“This was the absolute worst hotel that my wife and I have ever experienced. I should have done more due diligence.”

• It was inexpensive and had a kitchen.
• Dirty and staff not helpful.

“Very disappointed. The bathtub was filthy and although it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, it reeked of smoke.”

• About as good a deal as you'll find for a weekend night in Las Vegas.
• Kitchen poorly equipped - no pots, pans, or utensils.

“Not the best location in Las Vegas, but overall a decent place to crash - especially if you have a car and plan side trips to Hoover Dam etc. Rates are good for weekend nights, but Sun-Wed, you can find much better places for the price.”

• Friendly staff, great proximity to fwy.
• Rooms were dirty/dusty, I was bit by "something" several times while in the bed.

“Overall, the location, as far as proximity to the fwy was great. The service provided to me by the lobby staff was excellent! The room lacked a TRUE cleaning. Basic straightening was apparently the norm. Was a little concerned about the area but apparently my concerns were unfounded. I say, once the rooms meet the standards of the employees (reception / lobby) the overall location
