  • Room was comfortable and clean.
  • They had a hidden cost for the room that we didn't know about.

“Clean and comfortable. Not close to the strip.”

  • Ample parking & restaurants.
  • An extra $14.00 service charge per day which we were not aware of until check in.

“The hotel and casino were kind of small, the TV's were old and very few $.25 & $.50 slot machines.”

  • The service was awesome everyone was so friendly & helpful.
  • Not enough cups or towels.

“This was mine and my husband¿s first vacation in 15 year and everyone was very polite and welcoming. We¿re planning on coming to Vegas in the spring and plan on staying there again.”

  • The food at the Boulder Cafe was excellent, and the wait staff was always friendly.
  • There are way too many speed bumps in the parking lot. Six speed bumps in 50 ft. Is a bit excessive.

“While my room was nothing more than one would expect from a three star hotel, my play was pleasant and well worth the price I paid. The staff was friendly and responded quickly and professionally to the few needs I had during my stay. Off hand I'd say the best part of my stay was Breakfast at the Boulder Cafe. The food was excellent and a good price.”

  • The bed was really comfortable.
  • The walls were extremely thin.

“My next-door neighbors were extremely early risers (5 a.m.). From the moment the wake-up call rang, this woman was talking non-stop!! I certainly didn't want to be awake at that time of the day on my vacation! But overall, the hotel was okay. It was clean and the linens/towels were better than in some other comparable hotels.”

  • The gated pool.
  • Charged $70 after fees and service charges rather than the $39 booked for.

“Positives: They have a pool with a keyed gate and plenty of towels. Also easy access to a selection of food and entertainment. Negatives: They charged almost double what I reserved for after fees, taxes, and service charges. Just walking from the counter to the room both my wife and myself smelled like smoke. The TV system was down the night we were there. I wouldn't recommend to anyone as anything other than a last resort.”

  • Good location and room decor.
  • Restaurant was very crowded and service there was poor.

“I would stay there again; great value for money.”

  • It was a fun place to be at with all the food areas and gaming.
  • The transfer from the airport to the hotel was too expensive and not user friendly.

“The Bolder Station was a fun hotel to stay at and the staff were friendly and accommodating.”

  • Cheaper than motel 6, but tons better.
  • No free internet access.

“The rooms were clean, and looked nice. the only thing I wished was that there was free wi-fi internet or at least a free business center, so I can check my email.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[10]

  • The security was very comforting late at night .
  • We found cockroaches in our room on the 4th floor.

“The hotel was fine until we found the bugs. That sort of spoiled the rest of our stay. Finding live and dead cockroaches is definitely something you don't expect to see at a top rated hotel. They offered to move us to a different room, and we did move, but if they are in 1 room, I expect they are in all of them.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[3] • Location:[1]

  • Nothing.
  • A $30 cab ride to and from the airport PLUS hotel fees meant I could have stayed ON the strip for the same money.

“The carpet was dirty, there are "hotel fees" that jack up the price, and the location is VERY FAR from the strip. Do NOT believe the ads that indicate "convenient location"-- it was a $30 cab ribe EACH WAY. The cost of transportation, plus hotel fees, means that you can stay on the strip for the same amount of money-- in a cleaner hotel, without all of the hassle!”

  • Very clean and quiet!
  • Rooms had no scenic views.

“Boulder Station is easily one of the top two resort/hotels on the Boulder Strip. Plenty of amenities to choose from.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • Nice rooms.
  • First time I stayed they didn't charge me tax next time they charged me.

“Why was one stay one price 39 dollars plus 5 then the next stay one week later 39 plus 5 plus 4.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Location was good and staff were friendly.
  • Hotel sorely needs updating and rehab of rooms - they are old and dark.

“Very clean, great hotel staff, lots of places to eat. I would not stay here again, however, because the hotel needs an update. Bed was uncomfortable, towels skimpy, etc. Too many other good choices in Vegas to have me choose this hotel in the future.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[3]

  • It was self-contained.
  • Way too far from the strip. cab fare is about 20 dollars. Airport 40.

“Very nice but too far from the action. good for locals above the age of 65.”

  • Hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
  • Dining in hotel was not good-Did not get seated or served in timely manner.

“Would stay there again, enjoyed it not being in too crowded of area, not on strip or downtown, but minutes away in nice area. Also has great blues every Thursday night with some great blues people playing there.”
