• Kitchen facilities, decent location.
• Free breakfast was poor.

“An more than adequate hotel for families with it's relatively close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip and it's kitchen facilities. Their continental breakfast featured only a couple of fruit and bagels, but it is somewhat unnecessary given that you can cook your own. The Blueberry Hill restaurant across the (busy) street was even a better choice for breakfast.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as professional.
• Room was stuffy but when I turned on a/c it was next to bed so too uncomfortable to use.

“The hotel staff was all very helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The room location was quiet. Only problem was that the bed was right next to the a/c unit, so was too loud and breezy to have on when I was trying to sleep. Instead, I opened the window and drape to try to bring in some fresh air as the air was close. Other than a table lamp that appeared not to have been dusted for months (so I dusted it for the next guest), the room was clean and guest-ready.”

• This hotel is filthy!

“The location is good. The floors and walls are incredibly filthy. For the most part, we kept our shoes on in the room. My son had his off, and the bottom of his feet turned black (disgusting). The walls didn't look much better. Think of all the germs and such floating in this environment. I would appreciate someone addressing my concerns. Please inform me of how to avoid this location on future request.”

• Nice room for the price. The kitchenette was useful, the room was clean and needed no repairs.
• Continental breakfast hours could have been expanded and offered more than bagels and apples to eat.

“Check in and out was easy. The parking was plentiful and secure. It was nice get a room where everything worked (air conditioning, light bulbs, remote for TV, drains, ect...) Not a common occurrence for me lately. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the Strip or Boulder Hwy resorts. Very convenient. Unlike the huge hotels on the strip, where it can take you 30 minutes to get from your room to your car, here it only takes 1 minute. Very nice if you like to visit several properties on your vacation. Overall a very nice place to stay.”

• In room kitchenette. Spacious.
• Kind of dated decor, dark room, slightly rough neighborhood.

“I was very pleasantly surprised. The lobby was nice, everything was very clean and tidy. The first floor smelled pretty smoky, but the third floor where my room was did not at all. The in room kitchenette had cutlery and plates for two, they didn't match, but we didn't mind. There was a blueberry hill restaurant and several others very close by, though no food in the restaurant itself. Overall, it was comfortable and pretty nice considering the price I got.”

• Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a group.
• The public facilities are quite dated already.

“Decent location close to unlived, airport, grocery stores, etc. 5 blocks from strip. Rooms no less, no more than 2.5, but adequate and clean. Continental breakfast consists of coffee and bagels.”

• The cleanliness of room especially the dirty carpet, cracked walls, and dented doors.

“Not recommended at all. I ended up checking out early as soon as we found another hotel. Any hotel near the strip would be better than this.”

• It was easy to get from our room to the parking lot.
• The dishwasher was unusable and the stove was broken.

“This is a good hotel to stay at if you are working offsite most of the time. The place was relatively clean and a great price. Downside is that it is not in a very good neighborhood and the dishwasher was unusable and the stove was broken. It served its purpose though as were in town for work.”

• Since it was Vegas, it was great to open the windows.
• They closed the continental breakfast too early.

“When I booked this through, I did not have the chance to decline or accept. It was simply booked for me. I was unaware of the quality of the hotel. Although I took a chance, it was a chance I was glad I took. The staff was very pleasant and I like the set up of the room. Everything was very clean and I will be staying there again for another Vegas trip.”

• The price of the room.
• Hallways and entrance doors filthy mattress rock hard.

“Needs better management way too dirty in the halls no elevator at far end of hallways needs better mattresses and pillows this is the worst hotel.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• It was difficult to find, set back from the street.

“This is an older hotel; the front doors were locked when we arrived--not late. The rooms were clean, but the AC was old and noisy, the TV could not be viewed from the bedroom--small TV in living room section.”

• This hotel was pathetic. It was really not worth the 2-star hotel I had expected it to be.
• I don't know where to start from. I have only bad experience with this hotel.
