The Best Western Parkview Inn is conveniently located across the street from the Cashman Field Convention Center/Sport Complex and the Grant Sawyer Nevada State Office Building in the downtown area of Las Vegas. We are 8 blocks north of Casino Center and the new Fremont Street Experience, and only a fifteen-minute drive to the fabulous Las Vegas Strip. For racing fans the Las Vegas Motor Speedway is 6 miles north. Our location is close to everything. We offer reasonable rates and friendly service and we are committed to making your stay fun and comfortable. Each guest room offers all the conveniences of home to include remote controlled 25-inch color television with cable, coffee/tea maker, full-size iron and ironing board, full-length mirror, hairdryer, clock radio, dataports, voicemail and individually controlled air-conditioning and heater. Queens, kings and double queen rooms are available which will accommodate up to four guests. To start off the morning right, stop by for a continental breakfast served complimentary to all guests. The desk staff was very nice.
The bathtub was not draining, not enough towels for 4 adult.

“Like I said the staff was very nice and friendly. The room was ok. Good mattresses but not enough towels for 4 adult, and they knew it was going to be 4 adult in the room. They have to fix the bathtub.”

We like the room we got for the price it was.
It wasnt as close to the airport as we originally thought.

“This hotel would be good for travelers on business but only if they don't need to go to the airport in a big hurry.”

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and comfortable, better than expected.
Air-conditioning system is very noisy.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, the room was neat, clean and seemed pretty new. The staff was very friendly. The location might be a little far from the strip, but the area seemed not to be too bad.”

Quiet location but still close to strip.
Needs restaurant.

“We both enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was far enough away from the noise and the crowds but we could be there in about a 10 min drive. Gave us a place to escape to. Quiet at night. The pool was great and not a lot of people there. I would recommend it again.”

It was a great price and clean.
That check in is till 3pm, but that's most hotels.
