• For very late night shifts, the employees were very nice.
• Charging extra for wanting a non smoking room. Ridiculous.

“We weren't there long enough to make a big impression, 2 late night employees were very friendly, day time employees were less helpful when I called in.”

• It was quiet away from yet easily accessible to the strip.
• It was all good.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. It is away from the Strip, but readily accessible by shuttle. The area is quiet, and you don't have to fight the local traffic to get to it.”

“Close to the airport, very friendly service. Didn't stay long enough to use pool, fitness center or lounge. Selection of room service items was not large enough (i.e. the only breakfast offered was bread-based items).”

“Excellent staff and a very quiet, comfortable facility. Great amenities with everything a traveler needs,-especially if you've forgotten to pack something. The down pillows are awesome!”

• Sink had problems in bathroom and room was not cleaned, staff was not very friendly.

• Fresh cookies at check in.
• Not a particularly stimulating window view.

“This hotel is quiet, nice, and out of the way, but still less than 5 minutes from the strip in Las Vegas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the price was reasonable. The amenities were all top notch. This hotel far outdid the 3 star Excalibur that we stayed in the night before.”

• Just quaint. Very clean and visually comforting.
• Bathtub drain was very slow.

“The hotel is in very close proximity to the airport and the strip. The room was very clean. The linens were exceptional. The check in was smooth and quick. The staff was very nice. It just struck me as a, overall, very good experience. I would stay there again.”

• Best hotel gym we've ever used.
• Would not allow us to charge our breakfast to our room.

“Close to airport, but no overt airport noise. Lobby and lounge very nice; have the best hotel gym we've ever used lots of equipment in good condition. Room was very nice and comfortable. Good for those who want to escape the smoke filled casino type atmosphere.”

• The Neutrogena products in the bathroom and the Wolfgang puck coffee/tea.
• The pool wasn't heated.

“The hotel was great. It would have been nice to have an early check in, but not a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. It was a really nice room with lots of space. I would recommend this hotel.”
