• The New Hard Rock Tower in Las Vegas was more than what I expected.

“The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas opened a new tour a few weeks ago. I got a room there, and it was more than I expected!! I will go back anytime. It is very easy to get to the Hard Rock from the airport, but it's a few blocks from the Strip. However, it did not bother me that the hotel was not on Las Vegas Blvd. The traffic on the strip is always complicated, mostly on the weekends.”

• Some of the staff wasn't friendly.

“This hotel is good for young single/without children couples in their 20's and 30's. It is cool with a relaxed attitude. Hotels reflect the people's varying price ranges from high-end to low budget.”

• Clean. Luxurious room. Very comfortable bed.
• No international adapter for guest to borrow.

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean and looks luxurious. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. I'll definitely stay there again. The downside is that it does not offer free internet service. It charges for about $10 a day.”

• Swimming pool was excellent and the rooms were nice.
• They were expanding and the construction was loud! Also not the atmosphere we really liked kind of skanky people.

“The rooms were comfortable and decorated different then most hotel rooms. Loved the modern decor. The swimming pool was awesome with sandy beaches. Definitley NOT where I would take my kids, especially boys beacausre there is a lot of skin showing throughout the hotel. Even more so then most of the hotels i've stayed in in vegas.”

• Completely out of control, drunk people staggering around the hotel at all hours being loud and obnoxious.

“Worst 4-star ever stayed in. Our room looked like it had been trashed more than once, the carpets were stained. It was so loud in our room because of the constant partying at the pool. Plump full of drunk people around the hotel the whole time.”

• Awesome food at Ago Restaurant.
• Mandatory $100 deposit at check-in.

“Rooms are very modern and a good size with comfortable beds but showing wear. Carpet was stained in room. Casino is smoky and dark. Rock and roll fixtures and memorabilia was very cool and interesting.”

“This hotel is in construction, it seems last long time. No coffee maker in room, you should go out to buy water. The worst is the location, it' s off strip, although you can take the free shuttle to strip, you must come back before 9:00 pm.”

• The Japanese restaurant. Staff was great.
• Construction all night long, very noisy hotel.

“The extremely loud music was a deterrent for me not just in the main public area, outside and in elevators, too much! Hotel staff was competent but not overly friendly. They charge an extra resort fee 7.63. I am not happy about that. I hope someone follows up on that to me.”

• Reasonable room.
• Very noisy rock music.

“Hotel was clean attractive and primarily a casino. Front desk check in was very difficult to hear with the loud rock music playing. Parking was not clear so used valet parking”

• Hard to get to, many U turns and driving in circles because of one way streets.

• Spacious room and good view.
• Annoying cigarette smoke and music in the lobby a bit too loud.

“This would be an acceptable place to stay at if you're into loud background music and younger environment. Not ideal for business travelers. Like other hotels in the strip there is no free internet access.”

“Fun place to stay if you want to party, see and be seen. The rooms have seen better days. Although clean, carpets and fixtures need replacement to make it a true 4 star hotel.”
