“Quiet and convenient, near casual dining local spots and a CVS. Casino are walking distance along with a gentleman's club next door. No signs of any problems in the area. My room was located on the ground floor and I parked right outside my room, which was great. I have always stayed in casinos when in Las Vegas and I will never stay in one again. I had fresh air, convenient location, clean room with a kitchenette.”

“Overall it was a good place to stay. I wanted a hotel where I did not have to walk through a smoky casino to get to my room and that is why I stayed at this hotel. The only real problem was when the toilet got plugged and the staff could not provide a plunger for over 4 hours.”

“This Was a last minute trip. I didn't think it would be that nice because it was off strip but we were very impressed. Room was clean mins from strip. Although it would be wise to take cab from room to strip. Overall I would stay here again.”

“I like this hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are accessing the strip via taxi or personal car. (It is walking distance but a grueling walk in the heat or otherwise). I would recommend this hotel to families and couples that are going to visit Vegas. There is also a nice strip mall located in walking distance (one building down) that offers a coffee shop, a drug store, restaurants and other stores. The hotel is located across the street from Hard Rock Casino where you can easily grab a cab or taxi to your desired destination!”

“We loved the pool. It had this really cool waterfall and kind of a little grotto behind it. Didn't have any problems with the strip club next to it or the hard rock cafe. Didn't even hear any music in the room and this was on a weekend. The only problems we had was that we had to take the shuttle van because the hotel is a mile away from the strip and he couldn't drive if his life depended on it and the worse part is that he couldn't speak any English because we were trying to ask him some questions. But other than that room was pretty decent and the area is pretty clean and decent too.”

“The pool is awesome because you have a waterfall with it. But most of the employees don't speak a lick of English and shuttle van driver can't drive.”

“The hotel itself was pretty nice. The pool was awesome because it has this really neat waterfall. The rooms were clean and bathroom and bathtubs were nice. The only thing really that we didn't like was that my husband was trying to find the laundry room to wash some clothes and while he was looking for it outside he asked about three of the employees and neither one of them spoke a word of English. Another thing too is the courtesy shuttle van driver drove extremely fast and was drove dangerously close to other cars. Also he didn't speak hardly any English at all. Other than that it was a good hotel. But next time we're planning on staying at one of the hotels on the strip so we don't have to take a shuttle van.”

“This Comfort Inn is very convenient, friendly, and comfortable. Easy access to the strip hotels and casinos without having to stay in one. And, a straight shot to the Las Vegas race track.”

“This was a very nice medium star hotel just off the strip across from the hard rock hotel and next to a shopping center that included the CVS pharmacy. The room was a little tight but clean and included a complete kitchenette so you could eat in the room if you didn't want to go out. The continental breakfast was very good but the sitting area was a little small for the volume of people eating there that morning. The room was very hot because they were conserving energy by not running the wall air conditioner unless people were in the room. It took several hours to cool the room down in 90-100 degree weather. The staff was pleasant and I would recommend staying there again.”

“The hotel is located across from the Hard Rock with throbbing music for several hours at night. People standing on the stairs and grass who didn't want to pay a cover charge. It is next door to a strip club that was as loud as the HR. Once it got quiet, it was quiet. Our shower was extremely slippery. My wife slipped and fell out of the shower. She would not let me use the shower. Very lucky she didn't break a bone. She was in a lot of pain. Called the front desk, person on duty was sympathetic. Next day she asked at breakfast. Three other women had slipped in their shower(s) but not fallen. One couple had no problems. The next day the hotel manager said, was there no blue mat? (No, and we don't think it even existed, see next sentence.) He said he would bring one to us. But he never did. He said resurfacing would be costly. (So would a serious injury.) We told him they better fix the showers before someone really gets hurt and they get sued. My wife is still in pain. We don't believe she is the only one this has happened to. We consider the room basically unusable if you can't use the shower, even if the bed was comfortable. We would not stay there again, even if they fixed the showers, we'd not want to take a chance, and would not recommend it to anyone.”

“Needed to go to UNLV & shuttle did not go there. Did not appreciate the lady in the front desk telling me & my mother to walk. I thought it was very rude & unprofessional. Those made me not want to stay there again or recommend the hotel to anyone.”

“The sheets on the bed were stained with black stuff like shoe polish, the toilet ran and u had to play with the handle to make it stop. The man at the desk down in the lobby was rude and would not give good directions. Some of the kitchen staff was rude and would not smile or talk while we had their free complimentary breakfast. Over all I can say is I liked the hotel for one reason and that was easy access to the lass Vegas strip. I would go back to Las Vegas again but I wont stay in that same hotel.”

“Booked a 3 night stay over the weekend. Bathroom floor sticky and dirty upon arrival. One mattress had large red stain down the side and what looked like a bullet whole in the ceiling. Close to the strip and airport. Air traffic noise is very loud. Next door to Strip club. Pool is looks nice. Across the street from Hard Rock Hotel. Drugstore & restaurants close by. A bit overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Hotel staff ok. Overall, would probably stay again if rooms rates better reflected the room quality.”
