  • Great location. Big room.
  • Hate to hear it is going to be torn down too - we really enjoyed our stay and quality of the hotel especially for the price.

“We really liked the Stardust. After I booked I heard it was going to be torn down at the end of the year. I was nervous thinking it would be a poor quality hotel but that wasn't the case. Still a nice place especially for the price we paid and good location. We hate to hear that it will be gone soon.”

  • It was clean.
  • The neighboring room was very loud.

“The second night I was there the neighboring room was very loud. The guys that were staying there work me up on several occasions in the am hours of the morning. I was also insulted by them. When I asked to speak the manager when I checked out she could not be found. Honestly the hotel was clean and reasonably rated but I don't think I will stay there again because the customer service was very poor.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • Its located on The Strip, close to other hotels and casinos.
  • The condition of the room was abysmal (for the price).

“This is the second time I stayed at the Stardust. This first time was roughly 14 years ago. In that time, I don't believe anything has been done to renovate or upgrade. Our group was told that The Stardust was going to be demolished in the near future, which might explain its rundown condition. Unless they are offering a very discounted rate, I would not recommend the Stardust to anyone.”

  • Clean and close to the mall and big hotels.
  • Nothing.

“Everyone was friendly at the stardust. The rooms were clean. The diner was decent. The Stardust has a great location that is close to the mall, the Wynn, Treasure Island and a Walgreens/Denny's near by.”

  • The room is very dirty.

“This hotel sucks and I am not coming back here!!!!!!!!”

  • The parking was convenient, the room had a nice view.
  • The room I was in was showing it's age and could use a remodel.

“The hotel was good, though nothing really stands out about it. It's the typical Vegas hotel and Casino. It's close to Circus, which is good if you are bringing children. Parking was also good, though it didn't appear that they would have enough for a busy weekend. I was able to park, walk right in the door, and go directly to my room without the normal (for Las Vegas) forty mile hike through the casino.”

  • For the hotel's age, the rooms were nice and clean.
  • Noise got a bit louder on Friday then on Thursday.

“Again, the rooms were very clean for being the older part of the hotel casino. The staff was friendly and the food at the cafe and buffet was good. With prices going up in Vegas, the rooms were a good price and clean.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • Very good location.
  • It was very run down and old.

“The carpet in the room was so dirty that my feet were actually dirty at night from walking on it. The casino is nice but it is very old and tired looking. The staff was very nice and accommodating though. The pool area was very nice also.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Staff, location, decent room.
  • Not as fancy and new as the current crop of hotels.

“Good location, good restaurants, nice staff. Older hotel due to be demolished in a few months. ”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Location on the strip.
  • The original room we were given was not very good.

“As long as you are in the towers the rooms are fine, but the room they told us were next to the parking lot and service area.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • Within walking distance to other hotels on the strip.
  • The first room we were given was not acceptable at all. We had to request a room change twice.

“The overall hotel is fine providing you are not given one of the older rooms on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot. We requested a room change and were told we could not change. After spending the first night with the Cockroaches. I called back to complain and request to be moved. They finally did accommodate us with a satisfactory room in the West tower and no cockroaches. Needless to say we were a little upset.”
