• Great proximity to the Vegas strip, easy access to roads.
• Bath tub drained slow and backup while showering.

“Perfect for a Vegas trip where you plan on spending very little time in the room, but you still want safety security and cleanliness.”

• Far from the fun/strip.

“Not a bad place. Same level as a Best Western or Hotel 6. Had a Kitchen but never used it. I don't know if the bed was comfortable, I didn't sleep. It was kind a far from the strip, I thought that I would be able to walk to the strip but found out that on a hot day this was not something I wanted to do, ended up paying 10 dollars one way to the strip in a cab.”

• This hotel was nice & quiet.
• Extended Stay hotel only clean room once a week.

“This is a great place for the business traveler but not for the romantic getaway. Its nice but has more of the feel of being at home with all of the appliances, amenities are plentiful, staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Hotel overall is nice, my experience was A1.”

• Clogged toilet and shower.

“Staff nice, but our room had a clogged toilet and shower. They offered to change rooms but we did not have time as we were already late for our plans.”

• I like the little area to buy food if you would like to.
• The Pool, The Room was uncomfortably small.

“The room was little, and when we went out to play in the pool it was so dirty with leafs from the trees! It was obvious that it had not been cleaned in day's!”

• Everyone seemed happy and generous.
• The long walk to the pool and couldn't get a clean towel.

“They're creating a new paradigm for travelers. Cleaning service is only once a week - but I love that no one is in my room while I'm gone. I could fix breakfast quickly in my room while I got ready for the day. Hotel provided dishwasher soap so we just threw the dishes in the washer and off we went.”

• The full kitchen allowed us to dine economically. Great feature!
• The internet connection in the room did not work. Tried several cables.

“This is a fantastic hotel for families. It is very close to the Strip but is a lot less expensive. My sons rented free movies from the front desk and my wife and I took advantage of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. It is very clean. The bathroom supplies were excellent. Pantene shampoo is their complimentary brand. The towels were thick and thirsty. They also offer several different types of pillows for those that like them soft or firm.”

• Close to transportation to the Las Vegas strip and attractions, friendly staff.
• Hotel seemed out dated.

“The hotel was conveniently located for access to the Las Vegas strip. Transportation was nearby. There were also good restaurants located near the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I wish it had complimentary breakfast.

• The place was very convenient location wise and the pricing was just right.
• I personally thought that I did not have to go to the front desk with my dirty towels to have them replaced.

“Candlewood is a nice place to stay as a business stay. The room had a small kitchenette which was very convenient and it had all the basic utensils one would need to cook and heat up quick foods. It was very clean and I liked that nonsmoking section because I suffer from allergies and the room did not have that particular smell of smoke and that to me was the greatest part of my stay. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and I would recommend this place to friends and family for their stay in Las Vegas and the price was just right.”

• The room was clean and well equipped a small kitchen.
• The pool was at the back of the hotel away from everything.

“The guy that works the front desk during the day did not seem to want to answer my questions when asked. The pool was at the very back of the hotel, and there is no breakfast. The room was decent. Its better for the business traveler or if your staying for long periods.”

• I liked that the room was very clean and had everything you need to prepare your own meals.
• Everything was good I did not notice anything bad.

“This hotel has friendly staff and I liked the location since it was located very close to the strip but yet away from all of the noise. My room was very clean and cozy and I liked that it had everything you need to cook, microwave and refrigerate any type of food. For families it is great as well as for business travel. I would stay again. I did not see any negatives at my stay and that is good!”

• Reasonable prices, free laundry facilities, excellent exercise rooms, great front desk staff, and reasonable prices!
• Air conditioner operation was difficult to understand.

“This is a great place! Clean, convenient to the strip--but not noisy. The front desk staff makes all the difference--Robert was awesome! He gets a gold star!”

• There was no casino.
• The walls are thin and you can hear the next room getting it on.

“I would only recommend this hotel to single travelers that go to Vegas for a conference and do not like to gamble. The hotel is clean and the rooms have good basic appliances. During weekends it¿s a place for last minute guest arrivals.”

• The hotel has a well appointed kitchenette and good services.
• They don't clean the room every day which we didn't know.

“This hotel works for people who want to be able to eat off the strip or have meals they want to prepare in their room, we really liked the kitchen and refrigerator in the room. The rooms are clean and you can fit a crib in the room if you need to. This place was very clean, well lit, about a mile off the strip behind the Paris/ Bally's area near restaurants like PF Changes, Bahamas Breeze and a gas station. Starbucks is right across the street. A Cab ride from here to the Bellagio was $6. It was well worth staying off the strip because we actually got sleep because there was very little noise and the place didn't reek of cigarette smoke. We would go again to Candlewood.”
