• For the price it was a nice hotel. I liked the pool area a lot because I had my 3 year old. She loved it.
• Pool closed to early. There was some old food in our refrigerator and it smelled bad!

• Convenient to UNLV where my daughter had volleyball camp. A very comfortable stay and I will stay there again someday.
• No electrical power at the clock radio area and overhead lamps. Asked to change rooms at that time. Received new room.

• I didn't like it very much.
• The hotel staff is not so friendly.

“This has been one of the worst hotel stays in my life. I had to be transferred to 3 different rooms in total. The first room, the sheets had a brown stain that looked like somebody wiped themselves. The second room I was transferred too had rotting food in the refrigerator. And the last final third room I was given was a nightmare too. There were three occasions where people checking in were given the room keys to my room. They all opened the door and were as startled as I was when we saw each other. How can a hotel be so incompetent to hand over my room key to several other people. Such a horrible experience.”

• The food & attractions were excellent. The gaming was fine.
• Although the staff was friendly the 2 rooms I used were both dirty and had cigarette issues. I had to move my stuff between the 2 rooms.

“The Hilton is a attractive hotel with great food and a good location not to far from the strip with great access to the monorail. The staff are friendly but the rooms are dirty need upgrades.”

• Star trek theme.

“The LV Hilton is great because of it's direct connection with the tram which can take you up and down the strip. No taxis! When you ready to call it a night you just hop back on the tram and pour yourself into bed.”

• Staff were quite snobbish.

“The spa was an excellent place to get a massage. The staff over there was better than the counter staff which I thought were snobbish and racist. They treated Americans better than Asians.”

“This hotel was good, although there is one complaint, we stayed and the water went out and we were not reimbursed or offered any other amenities. This was a huge inconvenience because we had young children traveling with us and had a funeral to attend and no running water to get ready with.”

• Dirty Air filters. Smokers in non-smoking.

“No microwave. Dirty Air filters. Stiff pillows. No extra blankets in room. Getting air conditioner turned off involved 2 hours and a hotel engineer. TV remote not works well. Staff smiled.”

• Easy and expeditious check in and check out; very helpful concierge.
• No in-room refrigerator, wind gusts resulted in whistling that could be heard through the windows.

“Off the strip yet very accessible to strip locations. Monorail station at hotel makes traveling to Convention Center, strip and other locations convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean although a bit pricey.”

“The room appeared cleaned, until I noticed a lump in the bed. Pulled the cover back and on the bed was bunched up wet towels, upsetting to me, than I noticed the floor had not been vacuumed, finger nails and small pieces of paper on the floor, call hotel and spoke with housekeeping and they sent up a floor supervisor and she had the maid redo the bed and when I noticed the floor I ask the maid to vacuum the floor.”

• The dressing area of the bathroom was separate from the toilet.
• Got lost in the hallways.

“Beautiful hotel. Would recommend. Be careful in the hallways, you will get lost.”
