“The Hotel is near apartment complexes that appear to be for people living from day to day. Scary environment.”

“This hotel has a much larger room than initially appears, is conveniently located a short walk from the monorail (Convention Center), has a great breakfast featuring make-your-own waffles, and has a very friendly staff.”

“The hotel is in a very strategic spot. It worked out well for New Year's since one had a good view of the fireworks. We were also able to avoid the Strip traffic.”

“The location of the hotel, ease of parking and free wireless internet is a plus. That aside, the hotel is three stories with our room located on the first. We could hear running water and water droplets when our second floor neighbor turned on his/her faucet. This was truly a nightmare for a light sleeper.”

“This hotel is located 1 1/2 block from monorail which is a good way to travel to strip and very inexpensive. The overall atmosphere of hotel is not very pleasing to the eye.”

“Never again, 1st shift staff ok, second staff very unfriendly. Toilet leaked all night, light and fan kept coming on all night. Hotel seemed not to care. Will never recommend this hotel to family and friends.”

“Had a problem while staying here. Front desk was told of the problem, they passed it off to security. Security called Management to see how to deal with it, but they said it was a "security problem". After 2 1/2 hours, someone was finally reached that would make a decision. The hotel finally accepted responsibility, but did not offer anything for the trouble and time lost or inconvenience.”

“Shuttle or bus to the strip would have been a pain, but we had a rental car and found out we could drive and then park in any hotel parking lots for free. This hotel had a shuttle and we saw others using that. Only negative was the cold pool water, even for hot LV it was too cold to get into.”

“When I arrived at the hotel to check in, there was no one on line, however, it took them 20 minutes at the front desk to check me in and complete the reservation check in.When I arrived in the room 3135, the hotel DID NOT HAVE ANY "COURTEOUS SHAMPOO" in the small bottle nor did they have any BODY and HAIR SHAMPOO in the DISPENSER attached in the bathtub! When I called the front desk at i9:30 p.m. to ask them to bring shampoo to the room, the front deskperson "Keith" said housekeeping goes home at 9:00 p.m. and I would have to come to the front desk to "GET the shampoo".... That is unacceptable in my opinion...The hairdryer in the room did not work however it as plugged into the wall... The carpet smelled horrible....And the last thing that was upsetting to me is that when I went to sleep at approximately 2:00 a.m., housecleaning the next morning was knocking on my room door at 8:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. when check out is 11:00 a.m. There was no "DO NOT DISTURB" DOOR sign to be found anywhere in the room... I had my alarm set for 10:30 a.m and had a miserable nights sleep and stay...”

“The beds were like sleeping on box springs. It was a motel-style building. The lobby was full of smoke, as was the restaurant and bar, located basically in the lobby. The staff seemed a bit lower-class and the room was old. Sheets were stained. Not enough towels (and there were only 2 adults). Our wake-up call never came. We had to call 4 times to get a crib. Loud people walking directly outside the room on the sidewalk all night long. Cold outside air blowing in from under the door, where we could see daylight.”

“Room was large, with a queen bed in one area and a sofa bed in another. There was a kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator. Room was clean. Location was convenient. Pool area was well-kept.”
