• Comfortable beds and great staff.
• Problems with the free internet.

“Overall it was a very nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The layout of the room wasn't very good if you enjoy watching movies/TV from bed.”

• Free internet access, on demand programming on TV and super comfy beds.
• Bottled water in room was $2.50 and breakfast buffet was $15/person.

“My stay was pleasant and convenient. It is right across the street from the monorail, the bed is super comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and well furnished.”

• Location.
• Furniture was falling apart in room. Had to pay for breakfast buffet.

• Location and smaller, more convenient hotel.
• I was at the very end of hallway, least desirable floor. They had plenty of rooms. Dont know why no upgrade.

“Excellent location and excellent facilities, but they gave me a room on least desirable floor, end of hall. Not sure why they gave me the most inconvenient room possible. But, it was a great value and great hotel.”

• Could only get a full breakfast for $9 and up, Just wanted toast and coffee.

• I was able to get a room last minute Holiday weekend
• at first we couldn't get the a/c to work, but then it did.

“Ok for last minute accomodations. Not up to the usual quality of marriot courtyard hotels that we've stayed at before.”

• Bed was very comfortable
• I spent so much time out - I didn't really get a chance to explore the hotel and all that it offered

“Basic Hotel, nice and clean. Had a gym, restaurant and pool but I didn't get a chance to visit. Maybe next time.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• I was placed in a smoking room and was not told at check in. I found out when I went into the room.

“The hotel was generally clean although the smoking room was discusting. I do not smoke. It's my fault that I did not request a nonsmoking room but, I should should have been informed upon check in (this was the last room available). I would not have taken all of my clothes in the room. But, they graciously changed my room promptly the next day. Other than that my stay was outstanding and I would stay at this hotel again.”

• allowed me to checkin at 8am in the morning instead of the standard 3pm Checkin time
