Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Clean and we got a free upgrade.
  • Parking was completely out of the way compared to the check in.

“The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The only downfall was the parking lot was really far away from the main entrance of the hotel. I would certainly stay there again in the future.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[1] • Location:[3]

  • Nothing.
  • Had to change 2 rooms in two days. Bad service.

“When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am after a long drive. The front desk person was not even making an eye contact and treated us like nobody. I had requested for two queens. Treated second level customer. This hotel does not deserve any stars. Non of the staff are friendly and expected too much tips for regular help. Valet is horrible. Had to walk a block around the hotel to pick up my car from valet. Overall, I would rather be happy staying in motel than going to this hotel.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • It was in a convenient location the strip.
  • It wasn't exactly what I was expecting from.

“The hotel was in good condition but the rooms seemed to be in a weird location in regards to the parking garage. I had to walk through the entire casino to get to the elevators. I wouldn't recommend it to families, despite the casino atmosphere. The overall ranking of the hotel is 6 out of 10.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[1] • Location:[1]

  • Didn't even bother to stay.
  • Run down- dated- not worth the money.

“I would not stay here if it was the last place one earth - I drove by and didn't feel safe or comfortable - the staff was very unhelpful and the hotel was just after the money.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[2] • Location:[3]

  • Leaving.
  • Outdated, poor service, drab, in need of repairs, poor lay out.

“Bring on the wrecking ball! This hotel has lived its life, time to implode and start over. Service was the exception to the rule. This is where the lost souls go to find employment.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • Hotel had a good casino and hosts some really good shows.
  • Rooms and bathroom and there was no coffee maker, fridge in the room.

“Hotel is good for the family but certainly not meant for a romantic stay. The rooms are not up to the mark and lack basic facilities like fridge and coffee maker.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • My 21 year old went to LV few 2 days. He wanted to go for 4 days but we couldn't get him any accommodations and had to spend money to put him in a hot.
  • My husband and I had enjoyed it when we when and so did my son this time.

“It is very nice. Our rooms were lovely. I would be happy to return and take my family. I was unhappy because we couldn't get accommodations for my son for the 4 days of his visit to LV and had to spend extra and send him to a hotel. We own our timeshare in LV and I DIDN'T EXPECT TO BE TURNED DOWN. We only wanted a studio for him since it was only him going.”

  • Location, appearance, room.

“Unless tight budget stay somewhere else. The first room they give to me had a leak in the ceiling that spread in 5 min. Terrible.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[5]

  • Valet parking only. Very curious.
  • Hidden cost for power source should be included in the price of room.

“One elevator to the fifth floor. Stair closed to walk to the fifth floor from the exit where we were staying. In case of emergency we would have had to exit thru the from stairs which was a long walk for a old grandpa and grand kids. Very unsafe. Pool closed half the time.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Location.
  • Small room, cleanliness. Thin walls.

“Location is great, room was not clean, and room was small and not what we expected. Windows were dirty, handprints. Walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking. Overall staff was nice.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[3] • Location:[1]

  • Good Italian rest.
  • Pool hours, doing construction in hotel, check very impersonal.

“Buffet was horrible, pool hours were bad hours, and pool help not friendly at all, service station not open during peak times very inconvenient, When checking in very impersonal, I was extremely disappointed in this hotel!”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • The hotel room was really nice and clean.
  • The lobby was small and smelly. The check in line was long and slow.

“This hotel is perfect if you are planning to go to other casinos during your stay. The rooms are wonderful. They were a lot nicer than I expected but the casino/lobby looks small and old. I basically spent most of my time in my room and went to other casinos to have fun. So, I loved my stay.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • The renovated rooms were nice.
  • The original rooms were very dated.

“I was originally placed in an outdated smoking room after initially requesting a non-smoking room. I was upgraded to a newly remodeled room on my second night, which was much nicer. The first room had an old 19 inch TV that I could hardly see from my bed. I tried two different vending machines, but neither worked. Overall, the hotel was ok for the money. I would stay in again if I could be guaranteed the newly renovated rooms.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[6]

  • It didn't catch on fire while I was there.
  • Bathtub was disgusting, green corroded fixtures, $3.50 a day to use safe.

“This is not a 3 star hotel! They tried to force a smoking room on me. I had to get the manager. The room smelled and the tub had green in it and on the fixtures.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[6]

  • Cost, service.
  • Access and layout of facilities.

“Older, room was clean, some common areas reeked with smoke. It served the purpose. I liked the room better than the room I recently stayed in at the Monte Carlo. The Riviera room was much quieter.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[7] •

  • It was right next door to a fun restaurant.
  • Filth and Stench.

“It's far from the strip. There are numerous homeless people littered around the lobby. The rooms need remodeling badly.”
