• The hotel room was spacious.
• The bathroom wasnt up to the mark, and no good facilities for coffee and water.

• Pool.
• Handicap room small, single bed lobby, nice misleading decor of room out of date and worn.

“I would not recommend this hotel. No wireless available. The room was small and outdated. The area did not seem safe. My sister and I went for a walk and a strange man started following us, we ran to get away. I would not stay there again. It also was further away from the area we needed then we were led to believe.”

• Quite professional staff. Quiet, peaceful-away from the strip.
• No microwave, some prior damage left un-repaired, otherwise nice.

“Staff extremely kind and helpful. Received an upgrade upon arrival on a holiday weekend. Not having a microwave was not a huge problem, room service was quick, food was tasty, reasonable prices. I'd stay there again.”

• This was a great room for us to stay in while in Vegas. Parking was free.
• There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

“This was a great hotel for our stay in Las Vegas. It was off the strip but close enough to walk or even drive. We were given free breakfast buffet tickets for a great buffet.”

• Room was ok and location was convenient.
• Clueless staff and cheap common areas.

“When trying to check in, hotel staff wanted me to wait. I left hotel. Checked in to hotel later without further problems. Common areas are cheap and hotel staff is clueless, however, hotel is conveniently located and room was clean.”

• Quiet location, large rooms with kitchen and living area (2 TVs).
• No airport/strip shuttle, no fan in bathroom.

“We arrived at around 10 p.m. and had to take a smoking room as they had no more non-smoking available. We asked for an air purifier to be put in the room while we went out, for the next few hours, but when we got back they had obviously just sprayed Febreeze all over the room. The room was quiet except for our last night when the air conditioner went insane - a maintenance man had to be called and we went without air conditioning for the last night. However, the rooms was large - like a small resort villa with a separate living room and small kitchen. There were 2 TVs too! Parking was good. It was good to have a rental car as it seems far to the strip if you were to walk and there are no shuttles offered.”

• Very nice resort setting in the heart of Vegas quiet rooms and very nice dcor.
• Needs bigger TVs in the living room.

“Very nice place I would recommend highly a lot better than the big name hotels with casinos much quieter.”

• Close enough to Las Vegas Blvd. Across street from Hard Rock.
• Everything else. Bad room, poor facilities. Shabby grounds, not safe.

“It is nowhere near a three star hotel. Two stars at most. The rooms are poorly furnished with cheap furniture. Every night there are uniformed security guards patrolling the grounds. This did not make me feel safer. Highly not recommended.”

• Easy access just off strip without the strip traffic.
• Ice machines did not work. Staff was rude.

“Aging property with poorly trained staff. Nice grounds. Rude night manager. Bar had no blender the bartender did not know how to make well know cocktails. Made excuses that they were out of mix. They probably were.”

• The parking lot was very full, and hard to park close to our room.

“Room was clean, lobby and pool was clean. Close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet.”

• No free internet.

“Excellent resort, rooms include kitchen. The location is great, just a few blocks off the strip, right behind MGM Grand and across Hard Rock Hotel. You are close enough to walk, but far enough from the noisy strip. Just make sure you request, and double confirm your non smoking room. We had to spend the first night on a Smoking room because we checked in late at night and all non smoking were assigned even though we requested one. It was the worst night on the trip the smell is so bad we couldn't sleep even with the windows open. The next day they accomodated us, and we truly enjoyed our stay of four more nights.”

• It was a suite and very quiet. Totally unexpected.
• Limited food choices.

“The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pool area was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The Alexis Park Resort is a well-kept secret, probably because it is off the strip.”

• There needed to be some maintenance done in the bathroom caulking.

“The hotel hardware is good, and the room service is very good. The check in waitress tried to trick us when we checked in, trying to provide us a single-bed room, while we ordered a two-bed room.”

• Our TV was not working very good, static.

“Excellent location, we walked to the strip every day, only a $7.00 cab ride to the airport. Beautifully groomed grounds, with 3 pools there was always plenty of swimming room.”
