• Clean. Room service is Awesome!
• Expensive WiFi.

“Our favorite spot on the strip! Always a great room, friendly staff, casino much cleaner than others. Hardly ever a wait at the cafe and Diablo's is a blast. Best sleep we've had since our last cruise. I guess that's why we keep going back there.”

• Construction all around the hotel.

“Hotel location is superb, but there is a mega construction going on all around the hotel. the construction is 24/7 so one always hears it.”

• Its easy to Maneuver through, not as big as others.
• We had to wait really long for our food (Cafe).

“It's a decent hotel and people are very friendly. Because it is smaller than others in Las Vegas it's easy to maneuver through, but the wait at there Cafe was way too long!”

• Beautiful hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Food was excellent in buffet and cafe helpful staff in food court.
• Our hotel window was dirty, we wanted to take pictures of the view and pictures didn't turn out well.

“Have suggested this hotel to friends. will stay there again and will be looking for specials on a room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to the strip. Very clean room. Marble entry and bathroom was an elegant touch. Decor was elegant also.”

• Part of management group, thats great if u gamble.
• Room looks old. smelled liked smoke. Bad beds and linens.

“I stayed in Monte carlo 4 years ago. This time it was very disappointing. Beds and linens need to be replaced. Decor is outdated, non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Nice casino area.”

• Wonderful rooms, food, staff.
• Parking is a joke! Had to walk the back 9 miles if didn't valet.

“Great hotel. Parking is a commodity that virtually doesn't exist. Never Had to walk so many miles to go from car to room without valet.”

• Great location & easy access.
• On going construction keep me up all night.

“This hotel is low budget where repaired with screws that where to big so the wood cracked TVs are very old, the sheets on the beds are hard not soft, the windows had so much dirt on the outside that I could not see the pool. They put me on the 13th floor after I told them that was bad luck and they would not change the floor.”

• Great location, wonderful pool area.
• TV had limited channel range.

“Great location and fine looking. The pool area was very nice and it's got enough restaurants and bars to take care of just about anybody. I'd stay again.”

• It was not expensive and close to the strip.
• Construction right next door, you car gets really dirty because of it.

“It was a good hotel, however I think 4 stars is a little overstated, I would give it 3.5 stars.”

• All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Hotel was surrounded with construction. It was not easy in and out access.

“Valet and bell service were very nice and efficient. Typical standard room - nice appointments and always cleaned timely and completely. No coffee pots in last two four-star rooms in Las Vegas and have resorted to bringing one along. I expect more extras for a 4 star in the rooms. The hotel itself was very nice with a great restaurant selection. The Brew Pub was a nice surprise. Great food, nice selection and good prices.”

• Friendly staff, great music by the pool.
• Room did not feel 4 star. thin walls, no special in any way.

“Good location and easy access to freeways and other hot spots on the strip. thin walls, no plasma TV, minimum amenities in room. Beautiful lobby casino area clean and not overly smoky. Pool area was very relaxing, lots of space to lay out playing good music and great staff. Good reasonable food available by the pool.”

• I liked the location and the quality of the hotel.
• Construction made self parking very difficult.

“Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and nice. The location was excellent. The construction made self parking difficult because spaces are limited. But, valet is complimentary (something you should be told in advance) so it was a minor inconvenience.”

• Very convenient to stay as the hotel is right at the strip and easy access to bus stops and restaurants and much happening hotels. MGM hotels groups.
• No mini refrigerator in this hotel. How to store drinks?

“Hotel location is excellent and nearby to all MGM group of hotels, like MGM Grand, Luxor, Excalibur, New York New York and Mandalay. Easy access to bus stop and restaurants and tour agencies. Good view from the hotel room.”
