• The location is excellent - the staff is very helpful and friendly.
• The only thing I did not like was the check-in time, but it's the same everywhere.

“The staff like mentioned above is excellent. I found the location of this hotel very convenient it's almost in the center of the strip. Overall, I will considering returning to the Boardwalk. This place was great considering it was a 3-star hotel.”

• Absolutely nothing!
• Dirty hotel and hotel room, understaffed hotel, rude staff.

“Horrible. Carpet was filthy. Heater didn't work. Called to complain and got the heater to work somewhat after 1 hour of staff dropping in. Manager never came to the room. The manager never offered to move us to another room. There is a reason this hotel is getting torn down soon.”

• Location and buffet was excellent.
• Older hotel, a little expensive, no perks.

• I had a great view of the Las Vegas Strip.
• Parking to hotel is a very long way.

“I would have rather spent more money at a different hotel. They charge you a fee of $40 first. They explained that the fee was for if you were going to one of their bars and order a drink you can say charge it to my room. That I thought was crazy because that is why you check in with a credit card.”

• Our room was larger than I expected. King bed and sitting area.
• Nothing.

“I found it clean and very comfortable. We requested a non smoking room and expected to still smell smoke from the smoking floor. It was very clean smelling.”

• The equipment is old.

“Overall, the hotel is wok If you have a budget concern, it may be a choice. The equipment is old but clean. The bathroom is small. However, I don't like its slot machines. Most of the slot machines need to ask for staff to cash out and no printed money ticket.”

• No TV checkout system.

“I pleasantly surprised to find a friendly staff, yummy food in the surf buffet at a reasonable price for what was offered and a clean, spacious bedroom for two. Much better than I thought it would be. Would definitely stay again.”

• A good location on the strip.
• Very less amenities / shows and attractions at the hotel & casino.

“A good, nice location on the strip. Also, hotel rooms were clean. However, not many attractions or shows at the hotel. Also, not a single strong theme unlike other hotels (circus circus / Venetian / Monte Carlo / MGM Grand / New York etc). I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• Its proximity to major casinos.
• Room was very plain, non-appealing.

“For being a hotel on the strip, the parking area was more than generous. I always found parking within the first two levels. The rooms were very plain. Nothing fancy about them. I was only looking for a place lay-over for the night during my trip, not to enjoy, so I cannot complain to much. The casino was convenient, but also not appealing to spend a whole day in. For the money, I would choose again, but not for cosmetic reasons. But merely as a place to sleep and shower and move on.”

• It was in a great location and was cheap.
• It was a bit dumpy and was not, in my opinion, a 3 1/2 star hotel.
