  • Nothing.
  • Everything.

“The beds are horrible, I woke up sore every day.”

  • Location.
  • Not clean not well lite.

“ Room service cart left in hall for 3 days and still there when we left. We were not given our room key at check in and had to wait in the hall for at least 20 minutes until someone came to open the door and give us keys. Room was overlooking the roof and noise from units on the roof was loud. Not Happy with room for hotel. ”

  • The price was right.
  • The "non smoking" room smelled of smoke.

“The room was good size with a decent view. Unfortunately, the smell of smoke in a "Non smoking" room was a big turn off.”

  • Very clean hotel.
  • Surprise resort fee.

“Do not go to this hotel unless you are prepared to pay extra fees that I have not paid at other Las Vegas hotels.”

  • The price.
  • The staff was poorly trained and unaware of how simple things worked at the hotel. (like shuttle services to the airport).

“The hotel was a good deal for the price. If you are a college aged person looking for a cheap place to stay while you party, this is the spot. If you are looking for a knowledgeable staff, well decorated room with lots of amenities, or a romantic spot, go somewhere else.”

  • The employees were friendly and the location was convenient and the food was good.
  • No coffee pot in the room like others have. Did not see ice bucket for ice either.

“The room was fine but unfortunately I left a sweatshirt on the bed. I called the hotel when I got home and tried to locate it. They were going to call me when they found it and they have not called back. I hate to think the housekeeping did not turn it in to lost and found!!”

  • Clean
  • Distance from center of Vegas strip.

“Good”

  • Extra pillows and an iron in the room already.
  • Brick wall for my view. No hot water in morning.

“In the foyer there were people always bugging us to listen to a demo the next day for a free 2 night stay or a free show that we would have to pay for in advance. It just was annoying and I had my son with me and I had to dodge these guys all the time.”

  • Convenient location.
  • No hot water, rooms were
    unmade, no towels, no toiletries.

“Not recommended.”

  • Staff was nice.
  • Room was average.

“The hotel's staff was friendly and the facilities were of acceptable quality. The rooms were dated and the lobby and casino could do with better lighting. Overall, the experience was good for the price but some upgrades to the hotel would be nice.”

  • The casino was big and the rooms were nice.
  • The rooms were small and there was not enough space.

“The hotel was nice but they did not respect the reservation. We asked for three rooms with two beds but one of the rooms only had one bed. This made the room crowded.”

  • No good service, very bad, so
I never check in this hotel and
I moved to the other hotel.

“No good customer service actually in front desk.”

  • Location.
  • Nothing.

“Great location, clean, accessible, everything was convenient at the hotel. Everything was available. Older TV and amenities.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[2]

  • There were none.
  • Staff were the most insufferable people I have ever met.

“Customer Service was 'Poor' to 'Extremely poor', and treatment was belligerent and unfavorable. The registration staff treated us with disrespect and also overcharged us with service fees that was not on the ticket pricing online, nor in the fine print. I was harassed about the issue rather than being informed. I did not even argue the point, I had only asked at that instant. When I got to see the manager, his abusive behavior was even worse than the check-in teller. I do not recommend anyone to use this hotel, because of their bad attitude and their rude and obnoxious staff.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[1] • Location:[3]

  • None.
  • Registration staff were obnoxious.

“The staff was not up to the mark, especially the registration staff. I was over-charged by $34 for service fees that were not even mentioned or written about in the fine print.”

  • Liked the view we had from the 28th floor.
  • No in-room safe.

“The Excalibur Hotel and Casino is very clean inside and the staff is friendly. There is a food court if you want to get a bite to eat in addition to some fancier restaurants. My son and I had a great time at one of the many oxygen bars. Parking was close to the tower room we stayed in. Overall, it was a fun time in Las Vegas and I would definitely recommend the Excalibur as a great place to stay while you are there.”

  • Heater not working, had to be moved to new room.

“This hotel is too old now, but it is not kept up for quality.”

  • Well located. Clean. Not noisy.
  • Old TVs, no small refrigerator. Should not pay for resort prices daily if I am not going to use it.

“Although the location was excellent, I saw other hotels that have upgraded their TVs and added a small refrigerator for the customers.”

  • Complimentary drinks-Thats a bonus!

“Nice atmosphere, convenient shops, easy check in.”

  • The rooms were beautiful.
  • The hallway area had broken glass, dirty dishes, and garbage.

“The hotel was convenient to meet and entertain friends we were meeting on a pleasure trip. The hallway was dirty, and our traveling companions stated that their bathroom garbage hadn't been emptied. Dirty glasses were stacked outside their room entrance for the entire stay. The hotel also tacked on an additional fee which brought up the price of each room by $8.50.”
