• Great location on the strip.
• Rooms were outdated.

“Had a great time, location on the strip is perfect. The hotel staff was wonderful and very happy to help. Good variety of restaurants inside hotel. Rooms do need to be updated but this is the place to stay!”

• The room was great!
• The toiletries were of very poor quality. Poolside cocktails were way too expensive.

• It was in a great location with access to lots of different things.
• Having a room next to loud, obnoxious, drunk people.

• Mostly everything.

“Over priced for what we could have gotten for the same money and did. We stayed another night at another hotel which was much nicer for about the same if not less than a night at this hotel.”

• Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
• The buffet we dined in was overpriced and disappointing. The food was often cold or had been sitting out for quite a while.

“Hotel was very nice overall. Our only disappointment was with the buffet. Our room was clean, everything in it worked okay. Beds were great and we slept well.”

• No in room coffee, and $5.00 charge to print boarding pass.

“Nice decor. Quiet rooms. Needs to have coffee in rooms and should not charge for printing of boarding passes.”

• New decor - very attractive.
• Hotel charged us $6 to print boarding passes.

“It's a fairly typical Vegas hotel/casino. Pool was closed for renovations, which was a great disappointment. Hotel charged us $6 to print boarding passes - outrageous! Hotel staff was kind of snotty. Good buffets.”

• Worst customer service experience I ever had in my life.

“The staff was unpleasant and extremely rude. I will never, ever, stay at this hotel again. And I will recommend to all my friends to avoid it.”

• The friendly staff and prompt room service were excellent.
• Walking through the casino to get to the room elevators.

“Though I was only in Las Vegas for a day 1/2 on business alone, the hotel was wonderful. Wireless internet flawless and easy. Room service quick with excellent food in large portion. (I could only eat 1/2). Had a great view and the pirate siren show was wonderful from my window? Didn't gamble, but the casino seem very popular and the gamblers were enjoying themselves. The wet brand bath offerings are fabulous and the bathtub is deep for a relaxing soak before falling into a comfortable bed. The flat screen TV was easy to operate through the menu with great picture. So for a business traveler all desires were met.”

• Staff responded quickly to request made from the room.
• Carpet in the room was dirty or worn.

“Staff are extremely helpful with answering questions, giving directions, etc. When I made request from the room they were expeditiously handled. The service was exemplary.”

• Charging a 5 dollar fee to print a boarding pass for flight at service desk it was very tacky.

“Treasure Island is in a great location on the strip, the rooms are clean. I would recommend this hotel at a good price.”

“Nice hotel in a great location across from Wynns, the Venetian and palazzo. Rooms are starting to look a little dated. Casino staff friendly and no end of complimentary drinks. For the price the hotel is hard to beat.”

• Comfortable bed and easy to get to.
• It was at the end of the strip, next time I will stay at some place in the middle of the strip.

• The beds are so comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
• A non-smoking room cannot be guaranteed, so we had to change rooms after the first night.

• A lot of activity.
• Thin walls, other guests woke us up all hours of the night.

“This was a great price for the strip, but the walls are thin. Guests next door loud. Guest in the hall way loud. Not a good night of sleep.”

“Although they have "remodeled" this hotel, the rooms are still small. The staff dealt with you when they had to, but you were considered a room number, not a person. Will not stay here again.”

• The room was nice.
• My room was not ready until after 9 pm!

“I tried to check in at 5:45 pm and was told my room was still not ready and to come back in two hours. I was going to see Phantom and I actually had to get ready in the women's bathroom. When I arrived after 9 my room still wasn't ready and I have to wait 20 minutes (on a Tue) for them to find me a non-smoking room. Then the bell girl was rude about getting my bags and she told me to "just call from your room, it will take me too long."”

• Check in lines too long but staff did a good job.

“Since the hotel has been redone, we've been back 3 times and very happy with the accommodations. Restaurants are good and staff is friendly.”
