“The only good thing about the new frontier hotel is the location on the strip. The public places are not at all clean. Staff is not friendly. Rooms do not even have a simple coffee maker. The hotel looks side from inside. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Put me in a smoking room and I had requested non-smoking. Room was next to the loudest / noisiest elevator which made it impossible to sleep. Room was dirty, no waste baskets, no "do not disturb" signs. Good location though.”

“I may or may not recommend staying at the new frontier. The price I paid for this room exceeded the advertised price on the sign in front of the hotel. I feel that I overpaid for this room, which was not as clean or as smoke-free as I anticipated the room would be. The hotel room wasn't quiet; I could hear people passing in the hallway outside my door, and, in adjacent rooms. ”

“Very pleasant. I liked the Western theme. It was a refreshing and simple change from the others. Room was surprisingly nice. Staff was very attentive.”

“Location was great, right next to fashion mall. The rooms were large, suites, but outdated. Clientele was a little on the rough side since rooms are cheap. They don't have very good dinner specials and their cafe is not 24 hrs.”

“The hotel is very old and has seen its day. The buffet was the worst I have ever had; food was cold, stale and very small selection for a buffet. Hotel staff was not helpful nor express how sorry they were when we complained that about having to evacuate the hotel because someone set off the fire alarm at 3am. The desk clerk's statement was, sir, it's not my fault. Could go into more detail, but could take hours. If you are just looking for a cheep room to lay your head close to the center of the strip, fine go for it. But if you want more out of your stay, don't stay here.”

“It was good for the price could've been a little cheaper. Staff was friendly. The heater did not work and the plumbing in the shower did not really work as well. The bed was in need of replacement. But it was better than sleeping in the cold on a floor.”

“I am very disappointed. I have used it reputedly over the last few years and have not had a problem before now. This was not a 2 1/2 star hotel! This hotel was in now way like the hotels you list as examples of 2 1/2 star. We even contacted you prior because we were aware of the condition of this hotel and no one really cared.”

“As I looked around my room, there wasn't one square foot of it that didn't have damage to it. The carpet was lifting, the tile was cracked, the walls were stained, the heated was noisy, and on and on. When I first arrived, the cable was out. In the morning, I attempted to order room service but the phone line was busy for over an hour. When I called the front desk to see what the problem was, they weren't concerned at all. Then, I went to take a shower and I couldn't do it looked too gross. So, this place either needs a full renovation, or should be shut down.”

“The hotel was not worth the money I spent. The room was ugly. The bathroom was so dirty. I saw some molds on the tub. No hair dryer and the toilet was cracked. The hotel itself was ugly. I thought I had stumble in some old hotel in the middle of nowhere instead of the heart of lass Vegas. Anyway, I hope I will not get this hotel ever. I would rather go to a motel 6!!!!”

“The hotel was satisfactory for the price I paid. The restaurants food was excellent, service was a little lacking. My room was over the main entrance, the traffic and customer noise was very annoying. I got no rest.”

“This hotel is very old which we knew that's okay but the condition was unacceptable. Very dirty windows, broken faucet, very old and uncomfortable beds, general disrepair! Just because the price is lower doesn't mean it shouldn't be kept in good condition and clean.”

“In your booking of hotels know that a hotel about to be tore down is not going to fix anything, my heater did not work the floor was cleaner and more comfortable than the beds, he TV worked that was about it. Bathroom was just scary.”

“Dirty rooms, took 1 hour, 8 keys, and security to get into the first room, no batteries in remote and duct tape all over the window. Advertised to have coffee pot and hairdryer, did not have either. Very rude customer service.”
