• Proximity to conference hotels.
• Air conditioner was broken.

“I like Circus. There is a 24 hr Crispy Crème inside and some casino games you can't find anywhere else. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Hilton tram.”

• The price.
• The poor condition of the manor rooms. They need to remodel.

“The overall stay was ok due to the fact the food and entertainment was good and reasonable. Its just the manor rooms are old and smelly which makes the stay horrible. They really need to consider remodeling that area.”

• Very kid friendly.
• Due to the amount of children, it was noisy, the pools were not clean.

“If you're budget minded and have children then this is the place for you. I don't recommend the pools however. Imagine 200 children less than 9 years of age all in a pool. I don't think filters are made for that! Otherwise, fun atmosphere, great place for kids to experience Vegas.”

• Kid friendly, close to McDonalds,(& McDonalds in casino), right on strip!
• Ugly walk to manors for beautiful Las Vegas.

“Don't like manor rooms. Ugly walk, poor lighting, just to far. Love McDonald's in the casino area, and right next door. Casino right on strip, and not far from downtown Las Vegas (Del Taco, Dollar store, supermarkets, bank, ect.) Such a good time, but admit room wasn't all that. Staff was always had a smile, and was ready to answer any questions. Equivalent to Motel 6. But we were only there to sleep and spent day on strip, so was worth it.”

“My overall stay at the hotel was okay, however the staff was not friendly or helpful. Just one of the worst hotels and services I have received in my life. I am stay in Vegas every week for business.”

• Variety, so much things to do.
• We did not get any of our coupons.

“Overall it was an excellent vacation. Everything was very well presented. Other than not getting the room we had expected or the coupons we were expecting, it was a great experience. I will go there again!”

• The circus.
• Not very clean and rooms need serious renovations done.

• Clean room, good facilities.
• Small. The pool was not so clean. Small whirlpool.

“We stayed for two nights and everything was pretty ok. The pool was a little to small and the whirlpool was all the time full of people. The location of the hotel is not so central, it's a little to walk, or go by bus.”

• Location bad, staff unprofessional, staff unable to handle a poor tenant problem.

“This hotel is not one I would ever recommend nor would I stay there again. An incident occurred where a tenant who was next to our room threatened to beat our explicit face in, and the hotel had my party pack up our things at 1 am and change rooms. The hotel said they upgraded our room, but there wasn't even a fridge in the new room. When we extended our stay one day, they messed up on the keys and we weren't able to enter the room. Not once but twice I had to run down to the front desk and have the hotel to reprogram my key, since they didn't' know what they were doing the first time. This stay was the worst stay I have ever had.”

• I don't like it, the hotel is dirty and need maintenance.
• The hotel need maintenance.

“If they cannot do the maintenance of the hotel I think its better to tear it down and build a new one, bathtub and sink are clogged, low pressure of water, low hot water, parking is dark and dirty. Couple of lights burn out, they don't replace. Dirty water on crosswalk. Water dripping from ceiling at the garage. I mean what kind pleasure you can get if the facility is like that. Its worth it to pay $ for three nights. sorry I just need to tell the truth.”

• Gave us complementary buffet for the hotel room key hassle.
• Did not get the room I asked for, misleading room descriptions.

“I will never stay here again, the entire hotel experience was very bad. I got the wrong room which led to hotel room keys that never worked, and calling security to come open the door each time we wanted to enter.”

• Price and convenient location, within walking distance of the convention that I attended.
• Party noise next door at 3:00 - 5:00 a.m. when the bars closed. I was trying to sleep.

• Had gift certificates sent to us. Took two days for hotel to find, could not use restaurant booked up.

“Would not recommend to couples only. Too many unsupervised kids running around. service of staff was very poor. Got the run around most of the time. Will look elsewhere next time.”

• Very accommodating in room selection for seniors. First floor. Staff was super friendly.
• The security guard at the outside gate (going to the smaller outside buildings) was unnecessary, as anyone could simply walk into this area!

“As far as we're concerned it was centrally located for us, and reasonably priced, and quite clean.”
