• Friendly waitresses and waiters.
• It was filthy and disgusting.

“This was by far the worst hotel/casino/resort that I have ever stayed in. The hotel is 2 1/2 years old and it was shocking how disgusting it was a from inside. The rooms and carpeting were filthy. The pool was a disgrace. I would not allow my two dogs to stay in that room. The concierge was a complete idiot and was clueless about the Las Vegas area.”

“I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Fun decor. Close to the strip and close to larger casinos. Great buy for your money!”

• Could have been a bit cleaner.

“Overall, it was a good experience. We did not spend too much time in our room or even the hotel/casino, but the time spent there met expectations. Good place to stay at an affordable rate. Would stay there again.”

• Stained carpets.

“Overall, pretty good for the price. If they cleaned the carpets and touched up paint in the halls and elevator I would give it at least a half star more.”

• The size was just right we didn't have to walk a mile to get to our room or any where else in the hotel.
• The valet left my 2007 range rover at the front of valet for over an hour with window down and key in seat. I came out and to find nobody.

“Felt like I was in a cabin it was very cozy but the service at the valet and front desk was a joke. I left my camera in the room for sure and they said they have not found it, maids got a new camera.”

• Small dirty rooms with a rundown appearance throughout.

“We were very disappointed in the small dirty rooms and over all appearance of the property. The hotel is too new to be in that much disrepair. The staff was friendly, but the place was dirty just had a unkempt feeling.”

“Got put in a smoking room, stunk horribly. When I arrived at the room I was looking at a roof top air conditioner. No balcony. Was not impressed at all!”

• The beds were so comfortable and I like the location.
• How smoky it was as soon as you open the front lobby doors.

“More than what I expected. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. I really liked the location even though people said it was far from the strip which was not, unless you are a lazy person and do not like to walk. The monorail was just across the street which was great. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The bartender's personality at Dan Marino's restaurant.
• Room, lack of professionalism in staff, broken shower and smell.

“The smoking bedroom we were put in was disgusting. We don't smoke and we were not told it was a smoking room. Shower was broken - tub filled up and did not drain. Staff was unprofessional. Disgusted in general.”

“Had a rundown overall appearance. The Location was great for visiting other, nicer, hotels. Had to keep the A/C running constantly to keep room cool. Reasonably Priced. Decent casino in lobby with fast friendly service.”

“For the price and location, it was excellent. I was expecting some very low cut hotel or trashy or dirty. The only dirt I saw was on the carpet in the hallways to the room. Other than that there was no bad smell, nothing really bad that would affect my future stay. It is within one block from the strip across from MGM. Perfect location for the price.”
