• Very clean.
• Location.

“Very nice place to stay but wished the shuttle was one more frequent and went further down the strip I think if you did that you would be full all the time but in general a very enjoyable stay.”

• The bed and bedding were great, nicely decorated room, nice breakfast .
• We were right next to a stairwell and it was noisy.

• Beautifully decorated, very clean and neat, lovely pool area, staff go out of their way to be helpful.
• Nothing!

“It has the appearance and interior design of a higher-star hotel. The room was as nice as 4-star hotels, as were the lobby areas. The staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests.”

• Good location, close to strip, easy access to freeway.

“Good location, have shuttles to strip if you want to go. I love staying in Vegas without the cigarette smoke! Beds are comfortable rooms are very clean.”

“This is a good place to stay if you are in Las Vegas on business. We stayed here Sat. and moved Sun. to The Bellagio for three nights when the rates were reduced. It was a great choice, very clean, very nice.”

“My wife and I had a great experience at the Courtyard Mariott. We will look to stay there again in the future. It was nice to get the Vegas experience without the Vegas like hotel.”

• Fold out couch available with King room.
• Maid walked in unannounced.

“Attractive room with fold-out couch. Comfy fire in the lobby with plenty of seating. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby, and cookies in the evening. Tea water was piping hot even when we returned after midnight. Short drive from the strip.”

• Close to freeway.
• Smelled like smoke.

“I feel I got a good value, but I think this is not a 2.5 star hotel. It was especially disappointing for a Marriott. It seemed dingy and smelled profusely of cigarette smoke.”

• The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable.
• There were no complimentary soaps, lotions or shampoos. Only one hand soap.

“The room was was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The hotel was very well kept, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and pleasantly accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The room was very clean and the beds where great.
• Hotel was to far away from strip from what was said.

“The hotel was great very clean and the beds where great. In description of the hotel said it was a 1/2 mile from the strip, but that was if you would walk across the busy highway. which you could not do. By driving it took over ten minutes to get to the strip. There is no way you could walk.”

• Fantastic hotel with wonderful service, the price just can’t be beat!
• We paid for an extra night but were locked out, it was frustrating.

“Great room, everything was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable (better than ours at home). The exercise room was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• New beautiful furnishing, free internet access.
• Bad soundproofing from room to room. Airport.

“While this hotel is new and the furniture is very nice, they messed up on the soundproofing from room to room. The hotel is also under the main takeoff path. There was constant airplane noise almost 24 hours a day.”

• Business hotel, not for families. Short on double beds.
• I like the fact that it's new.

“Great location. Business people will love this hotel as they have amenities specifically for their use. Room design is for business people also. Hotel is short on double beds for multiple travelers so not good for families or even two people if they are going to have separate beds unless one is comfortable on the sofa bed.”
