• The bed was comfortable, towels were decent sized.
• Public spaces in a casino hotel are very smoky.

• Parking lot security.
• Manager was rude, false accusations from staff.

“I would personally never stay there again. Nothing but problems from the time of arrival. Wish I could get a refund. Texas station over charged me by 120 dollars and refused to return it. Never once saw house keepers but were accused of "jumping" them, asked to leave without a refund.”

• Cheap
• Did not like the hotel service fee of $4.95 tacked on the bill - no Cartoon Network.

• Rooms were nice.
• Took too long to get taxi service, to many local lowlifes in casino.

“We stayed there because of the convenience of being close to north airport and golf, but took anywhere from 30 min. to an hour to get a taxi to take us anywhere else. Bad experience with airline so will stay fly into McCarran airport next time and stay closer to the strip.”
