• Front desk staff was excellent.
• AC could not reach into bedroom area.

“Not bad for the price. Decent location and fairly clean. Cold air had a very hard time getting from the AC in the main room to the bedroom area, even with the additional wall fan.”

• The fact that it seemed like we had our own apartment.
• Since we were there only for the weekend we didn't receive any maid service. We had to change our own sheets.

“Overall the hotel meet my expectations. It was clean and nice rice rooms and bed. Other than not having maid service I enjoyed my stay.”

• Bed bugs. Staff did not believe us!

“The staff was very unprofessional. The manager on duty was is our room for 2seconds and said there was not evidence of bed bugs when two staying in my room saw them.”

• Staff was friendly and efficient.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was easy-to-find and in a great location. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The best part was after I reached my room. It was spacious and clean. Compared to the smoke permeated room with left over coffee grinds in the coffee maker where I had stayed the previous night, this was like checking into the Ritz. It was also quiet and relaxing there. I would recommend Extended Stay America - Las Vegas.”

• Because my name was misspelt, the hotel staff kept me waiting with my 5 year old for 3 hours.

• I liked that the hotel had a refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. It allowed me and my friend to at least cook some of our meals.
• I just wished that the hotel had an oven to go with the stove top. We had to throw some food away before we left.

“The Extended Stay hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel had most of the comforts you could ask for. I liked that there was a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and an iron and ironing board. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. I also like the walk in closet too. I wished that there was an oven to go with the stove top. Although we weren't as close to the strip as we would like, we were able to get to another hotel that was close by. Overall I loved the hotel, but will definitely try to stay in a hotel closer to the strip.”

• Great room for the money.
• Smoke detector was broken and hanging from wall.

“This is a great hotel for short or long stays. It had a separate bedroom from the living room as well as a microwave oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer, plates, and dining utensils. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It location - just off the main roads but close enough.
• Complete lack fo security and very rude staff.

• The king size bed and separate bedroom.

“One of the best Extended Stay America's I have ever stayed at. The only location that exceeds this one would be the Extended Stay America in Mid-Town Anchorage. This Extended Stay America location in Las Vegas is so much better than the other location in Las Vegas (mid-town). This location should be considered deluxe and the other location not a deluxe even though it is described as such.”

• The staff was very helpful and always friendly.

“We were pleasantly surprised to find that this location had a pool. Our room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to different locations. Don't expect resort setting, just the basics.”

• Low cost, close to the strip.
• Not too clean. Left a bunch of cleaning supplies in our room.
