• Only had short time there would have liked to stay longer.

• There was plenty of parking.
• There was only one set of elevators and they were on the opposite end from my room. Too far.

“The hotel was adequate for my purpose (business stay over), but was a little "pricy" considering that I stayed in the middle of the week. If you like gambling, it was okay. The restaurants were about what you would expect.”

• Finally got a room after sitting in lobby for 1/2 hour.
• Staff couldn't find reservation and was unwilling to help

“ I sat in lobby for over 1/2 hour waiting for reservation to show up on their computer. Clerk wasn't interested in my printed reservation as proof of my price and reservation.”

• The bowling alley and the movie theaters.
• The service in the room.

“My room was never made up , even after putting up the sign for service. I found a cricket in my room. There are no soap holders on the sink or in the bathtub. The restrooms are small. Some of the lights didn't work in the room.”

• Close to Mt Charleston.
• Smoking.

“Was noisy and smoky. The food was excellent and service was good in the hotel restaurant. Rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion.”

• I liked its decor and cleanliness.
• Since it was a casino, the ventilation system didn't seem to work well.

“Unfortunately, we didn't spend too much time at this hotel. It was out of town where we needed to be but the price was right and we had a comfortable sleep. The beds were great. Starbucks, too! It was very clean and up-to-date. I would recommend to anyone a stay at the Santa Fe Station Hotel.”

• Very quiet and family friendly.
• Room very dark, and bathroom was nasty.

“We agree with the poor lighting in the room, the bathroom had mold growing in the bathtub and the shower curtain was slimy. Our room was also above the pool and we saw the same thing with towels being left for more than a day. We didn't have any real contact with staff, so that could go either way. On the upside, the restaurant was very good, and it was very quiet, didn't have any problem finding parking. And they also except cash which was a rare thing now a days. Not sure if I would have them as my first choice though.”

• Quality and value for little money.
• Lighting in the room was not convenient.

“This hotel is comparable to the strip hotels for one-third of the price. The room service was awesome. The rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of places to eat, and entertainment beyond gambling there. Very enjoyable.”
