• Won't rent from Sonora again.

“Sonar suites does not have king size beds as they list on there website. They are actually 2 twin beds shoved together. If you are 6 foot 2 like me your feet will hang off the bed. I was extremely uncomfortable all week long. There bath tubs do not drain right. One of the tubs almost completely fills when you take a shower. There is an issue with the wiring in the bathrooms where if you use one of the outlets it knocks out power in both bathrooms. There was dirt and empty bottles under the coffee table in the living room. Someone had stole the remote for the TV in the bedroom which had not been replaced before we got there. Individually none of these are big issues except for the bed issue but considering I paid over $1300 for one week everything should have been perfect. My wife has left 2 messages for customer service to call us but we haven't gotten a callback yet. It's been 2 weeks. Evidently there is not a live person at the number they give you for customer service issues. That in itself is totally unacceptable.”
