Integrity of management.
“I received very poor customer service. I was in Boise with 2 colleagues to perform duty for the u.s. Army as an officer. I made my reservation by telephone & clearly informed the hotel clerk that I was in the army & needed the government rate. The clerk asked me if I wanted a room with 2 queen beds or 1 king. I opted for the king. When I pointed this out to the clerk at check out, she acknowledged the mistake & attempted to fix the bill. However, she did not know how to do it & after about 15 mines of trying, she told me she'd fax me a corrected bill. I later learned that the manager stated that the hotel would not change the bill. I should've been told of the higher cost & given the choice. I should be charged the same amount as my colleagues. The amount exceeds my per diem. The hotel should not go back on its word.”
