• Close to freeway. Kitchen/business options great for price.
• Bed was hard, armchair had frightening-looking stains.

“Great stop over point on business road trip. Nice to have kitchenette and wireless access. Far from luxury, but met my needs very well.”

• The night manager was so friendly and courteous - also liked the stove/fridge.
• Needed to be a little cleaner.

“Friendly staff, they were very helpful. Enjoyed having a stove and fridge. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. I would stay here again.”

• Great basic hotel for the price.
• Problem with the keys. It would take me 5 tries to open the door. Ice machine would be nice.

• The kitchen.
• Bed was way to hard.

“The space was nice. No kids cribs only blow up mattress which was set up for us. Bed was hard as a rock or cement. Nice to have a full kitchen with a 2 yr old.”

• Dingy, scary, Smokey.

“Smokey, scary and low class customers hanging around. I was with my mother. who took one look and said let's forfeit the money. I agreed whole heartedly! Ugh!”

• Location in relation to airport & quality. .
• Only one double bed for two adult travelers.

“Good for travelers needing a long-term place with kitchenette as long as you are traveling solo or as a couple. Two single travelers will have trouble with the one double bed. However, there is a recliner. Room is comfortable and adequate. Staff is quite friendly and willing to help if something is wrong (our bathroom sink had a leak).”

• Very clean and very friendly staff.
• The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke.

“Very clean with a friendly staff. Great for the business traveler. Not really kid friendly as there was no pool, etc. But great for utilitarian purposes.”

• I like the kitchenette.
• I would have liked some leisure facilities.

“The hotel was surprisingly nice. The room was clean. The kitchenette was nice to have. The hotel provided basic plates, pans and other items to eat with. It seems that they didn't finish the thought though. The basics of salt, pepper and something to clean the dishes with would have completed it. I really enjoyed my stay otherwise. The people were very nice.”

• Location is great, offered a float bed.
• Very dumpy hotel. Dirty and old. Was very hot and AC barely worked.

“I was not impressed at all with the hotel. Had very questionable people as residents. Police were there. I feared for my children's safety and my own. The room was stuffy, dirty and old. The employee in the "lobby" (desk) gave me a float bed for my children. She piled pillows, sheets and blankets along with the air mattress and pumps and told me there is a luggage cart. Keep in mind I have a 6 y/o, 4 y/o and 7 month baby and no other companions with me. I was expected to get everything in one trip with no additional help. My oldest had to carry my youngest and my middle child had to help push the cart which is hard to control. I will not recommend this hotel for any type of traveler.”

• It was convenient to the airport and had decent sized rooms.
• My coffee maker broke and was not replaced during my stay even though I asked repeatedly.

“Extended Stay America in Boise, ID is a nice, quiet hotel, conveniently located near the airport. I liked the fact that there was a small kitchenette, since I was traveling with a small child.”
