• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Mat in hallways were always mislaid; had to watch step.

“Entrance door to our area did not always work with keycard and was held open by a rolled up mat. Hallway mats were never laid down flat causing guests to watch they step and climb over them.”

• Close to airport and freeways.
• This place is a dump, smelled bad and dirty.

“This is the dirtiest and most fowl smelling hotel I have ever stayed in. I would have left but I was barely at the hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone.”

• Not much it was close to the water park.
• There were old pizza boxes with pizza in them and soda cans under the beds.

“Our stay was not good. The room was dirty. There was an old pizza box with pizza in them along with soda cans under our beds. Also we were attached by bed bugs and my daughter ended up with lice. Our stay was not at all satisfactory.”

• Price, breakfast.
• We reserved nonsmoking but were put in smoking and unable t o switch rooms.

“Location to airport, great. Smelled strongly of cleaning agents, especially in the hallways. Good price for the short time we spent there, although the smell of the smoking room was difficult for us.”

• Close to Boise.
• Employee's kids hanging around the lobby for 2 hours before the go to work.

“I think you should rethink your employees. The stood outside the a/c & smoked & the smoke came into the breakfast area. No good. There were two boys hanging out in the breakfast area waiting to go to work. They looked like work release-people & they were sitting on the couches in the lobby area & we shooed to each our breakfast with no regard of moving so we the guest to sit.”

• Liked the coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. Very nice staff.
• Dog hair on bedspread & chair. Dirty spots on walls.

“Needs a fresh coat of paint inside and out. Needs to look brighter. Better lighting through dark halls. Need corn flakes without sugar coated stuff. Not everyone can eat raisin bran cereals. The doors to the rooms seem to slam shut as people enter and leave making it difficult to rest or sleep during busy periods. You asked. The color of paint on the outside sends a sickly impression, not an inviting color. It's amazing what the right colors will create in mood and standard.”

• The rooms were quite even though by the freeway.
• We had non-smoking rooms(2-separate rooms), but they still smelled of smoke even the hallway.

“This hotel was easy to find. I had booked two rooms and it took awhile for them to find the reservation for the second room. The rooms and hallway smelled of smoke even though we were in the non-smoking rooms. The pool is small does not accommodate very many people. The continental breakfast room is very small and gets very crowded, and there are not very many places to sit to eat your breakfast. We decided we won't be staying here again.”

• We were allowed to have pets with us and true to your word; you refunded the fee we paid.
• Other than being a bit noisy at times, it wasn't bad.

“The room was a bit small but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in it so it wasn't a problem. The bed was comfortable which something you do not often find is; the pillows could have been thicker. We enjoyed our stay, the price was right and allowing pets is a big plus for us. We would stay again if we return to Boise.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The night staff person who was working was rude. I reserved a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room because they said nothing else was available!”

• It was convenient to the zoo and shopping mall.
• The swimming pool was very cold so swimming was unpleasant

“The rooms are nice a spacious. There is plenty of parking, and a nice breakfast bar.”

• Great value for the price. Easy to find, right off the interstate. Clean. Nice big recliner with footrest in room.
• Continental breakfast had very little selection.

“I have stayed at this motel for the State Track Meet in Boise for the past two years. It is very reasonably priced, convenient, with nice rooms, and it is clean. Close to downtown and to the interstate. The continental breakfast was a little on the chinch side, but that was the only downer.”
