• Good for price.
• Slow staff. Also quick to boot you out at checkout time.

“Prompt call at 11:00 to tell us checkout time. Not too friendly about it either. Could have asked if we needed late checkout. It wasn't as if the hotel was solidly booked that they needed to clean that room now. It was a Sunday! Other than that, good clean hotel for the price!”

• Next to the hwy, that's it.
• Continental breakfast had only cereal and bread, No lawn chairs by the pool, no late checkout!

“This hotel is really a one star hotel. The breakfast is only cold cereal and bread. The pool only has a few sit down chairs, nothing to lie in. Spider webs in my room also.”

• It had a nice tile bathroom.
• Hotel staff was not very helpful; it was next to a huge deserted lot.

• Price.
• Very difficult to find-cannot see from main highway-sits behind a KFC restaurant.

• Nothing too like; needs some serious competition.
• Noisy and in serious need of refurbishment.

“Really the bottom of the barrel. We took this only because occupancy rates were through the roof that holiday weekend. .”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Everything.

“Do avoid this hotel at all cost. Pay $15 more and stay at a decent and clean hotel. This is a place for illegal immigrants and swarthy truck drivers (there were over 12 parked outside-big rigs. the staff were surly and completely non responsive, and the rooms were dirty. This was the worst experience that any traveler should endure.”

• Nothing positive.
• Poor business practices.

“We had a credit card guaranteed room. Which was made 30 days prior and confirmed two days before arrival. After traveling 25 hours straight, due to weather delays, from coast to coast we arrived at 2:30am to find they had rented our room to someone else and charged our credit card. They refused to issue a credit and billed my card even after returning to talk to the manager the next day. Something is not quite right about charging two parties for the same room.”

“Motel 6 across the street was 59.00. This was a very poor value. There any difference in quality of the hotel from Motel 6.”

• Location was convenient.
• Action was not taken when there was a problem.

“The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was not kept up. Usually there was no food. There was a cockroach on the wall the second night - I told the office-said they would take care of it -did not. roach again the third night complained again nothing done - roach the 5th night - came and did something but called the number listed in reservation and complained that we were harassing the employees. They said that they never had bugs and that we brought them with us. I agree that they probably do not usually have bugs but they were in this room for some reason. It should have been taken care of immediately!”

• Very convenient for my visit to palm springs.
• People in the room next were very loud at a late hour.
