• Double shower head over garden tub.
• Toilet flushed slowly.

“Older room (peeling wallpaper) but very comfortable. Bed and linens were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast buffet was horrible with hot food not kept hot and not very tasty food--awful for the price.”

• The large bathtub was a nice feature.
• The building itself felt out-dated.

“ We enjoyed this hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel layout sprawled over a large area, making for a long walk to the front desk and/or restaurant. ”

• Overpriced. Heating/cooling system. Complimentary breakfast.

“This is an older hotel in need of remodeling and re-branding. Heating system stinks, bathroom was freezing, as it had no heater. Any hotel that doesn't offer complimentary breakfast in this market is not a value. Wanted a 2-2.5 star but got upgraded to a hotel with fewer amenities.”

• The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
• We came in the wrong door as described by clerk, so hard to find our rooms.

“Good location easy to find by map quest, pool looked very inviting, but never brought suits, we never ate, and left on our time schedule.”

• Once inside the room, the bed was so comfortable and the coffee in the rooms was awesome!
• The hotel needs some external updating and in the halls.

“Our stay was wonderful. It was a comfortable king sized bed and a lovely room which was just what we needed for a night of child-free rest. Usually we are traveling with 2 small children and the size of the room would have been plenty big if we had them with us. Oh! And the cookies!! Warm cookies when you check in!!”

• The room and beds were very comfortable.
• No microwave, no refrigerator, no elevator, no complementary breakfast.

• Easy access to the freeway.
• The dining room was overpriced.

“The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was good. There are charges for almost everything you do or use. Bottles water for $1.00 each. Charge for local calls, etc. The pool and exercise area was free, but not well kept up. There were dirty towels the morning we went from the night before. It would have taken 15 minutes to clean them up the night before.”

• The location on the river is a real plus.
• Dated! Felt like I was back in the early 80s. Dirty carpet.

“I contacted the hotel to request ground floor room with 2 beds. Gentleman told me that would be no problem. Upon arrival, no ground level rooms with 2 beds available. I had a very recent hip replacement surgery making it very difficult to make it to my room.”
