• Large sized refrigerator and a microwave.
• Out of the way and not attractive on the outside.

“They didn't have cookies when we checked in or when we checked out so we never got any.”

• They had a deluxe continental breakfast.
• Air conditioner was noisy.

“It was conveniently located to the I-10. it was easy to get to. There were no elevators so older people would have to have ground floor.”

• Hotel clean, friendly, helpful, I'm handicapped.
• Coffee pot needs replacing, only decaf was offered, I like a choice.

“We stayed for one night only so didn't have much time to explore the facilities. As a handicapped person I was accommodated nicely, one more handicapped parking would be nice by the other one, bldg. I would certainly come again, nice location. (It would be nice if breakfast stayed open until 10:30).”

• It was very welcoming to have dates and lemon water at the desk.
• Having a wake up call at 7 am when none was requested.

“This hotel is in Indio, ca, it was easy to find and the rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. Our visa was charged for 2 nights we only stayed one. My email to advise you of this has never been acknowledged.”

• Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
• View from the street and outside facade. The parking lot in front was confusing.

• Economically priced.
• Staff did not turn off alarm on clock radio after previous visitor. It went off at 5:45 am. ;o(.

• Nothing. Even the price was too high for this place.
• Everything.

“Smelly room, bad location just off the freeway. Breakfast ended before we got there.”

• The staff was great.
• Low water pressure spiders in the shower room by the back door.

“Needs a climate control system, and a cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pool area for families.”

• Room was very large and clean.
• Refrigerator in the room was very noisy.

“The best western hotel offers large clean rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, with a self-serve breakfast included in the price of the room. It is located 20 minutes from downtown palm springs, only a few minutes from the freeway. There are two Indian gaming casinos located close by.”

• Nothing.
• Bad location, put us in a room that was occupied, I booked 2 rooms and they were not on the same floor. The staff was uncaring, etc.

“The motel was in a bad location, unsafe. The staff put us into an occupied room and didn't even seem to care when we brought it to their attention.”

• Front desk staff was super, especially night manager.
• Lots of loud music playing by maid staff during day.

• The landscaping was beautiful.
• They never told us before checking in or booking that it was a none smoking hotel.

“It was nice place for any type of travel if you are a none smoker.”

• The pool area was awesome. Huge pool and pet friendly.
• The complimentary breakfast crew was so quick to clean up at the end time that I had no sugar for my coffee.

“It's hard to find hotels that are pet friendly so this was great for me and the pooch. It is located 3 miles from the pacific life open at Indian wells. The staff was really friendly and helpful.”

• It met our needs for location and value and provided breakfast items.
• The room needed better lighting and bathroom needed upgrading.

“Hotel obviously was a more upscale resort 25 years ago and is showing its age. Still offers a good value and staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Free breakfast. Nothing else stands out.
• Location in bad side of town, no amenities close.

“Out of date, older property that is in poor location. Was clean overall but that is only one small part.”

• Very nice and clean motel. Like an oasis in the middle of the desert.
• It was a bit difficult to get too especially with the web site directions.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Its location is to close to train tracks very busy tracks.

“Other than being to near trains it is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was on train side of hotel and it was a bit noisy. The people and staff there were very helpful and friendly. They have nice selection of DVDs to play in the rooms and there are refrigerator. In each room.”
