• It's right in the middle of all the stops we needed to make that weekend.
• The floor in the room was soaked and the restaurant staff was extremely rude.

“The floor was soaked and they gave us towels to put down. There was no menu for room service and when room service was called, the person answering the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. The hot tub wasn't in working condition. The bed linen was dirty on both beds and the greeting/entertainment advertisements were sticky.”

• Continental breakfast was very bad.

• Pet friendly and customer friendly.
• Would be nice to have a fenced pet area to let then run.

“Wonderful place to stay. Employees were very friendly and it is a pet friendly place to stay! Everyone was attentive to my large breed dogs a (No Suggestions) and a black lab/blue heeler mix) so felt very welcome. Thank you!”

• The location was perfect for what we needed.
• The restaurant food was not the best, nor was the staff.

“Our room was comfortable; the location of the hotel was great, very easy to get to. Easy freeway access.”

• The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
• The hallways had an old odor from years of cigarette smoke.

“Easy convenient and very friendly staff there was a real relaxed atmosphere even though it was an older hotel it was very clean and well appointed. The pool was properly maintained and always ready for use. Parking was not the best for larger vehicles but usable.”

• The staff agreed to cancel my stay.
• I wanted a specific landmark location. This was not it. Scary, bad part of town. Hang out for undesirables.
