• 24 Hour kitchen; ordering by computer.
• Close to mall hard getting in and out sometimes.

“I am 6'4" and don't really like feet hanging off the bed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Definitely a different experience since they have replaced a traditional lobby with a "gallery" setting. Kind of like one big coffee house. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.”

• Modern decor newly remodeled.
• Did not get a king sized bed since we booked online.

“We had a great time and were able to get a late check out at no additional cost because our room was not reserved for the next day. I booked a king-sized bed, but I guess it is not guaranteed if you book online so we got 2 double beds. Next time I will call ahead to make sure I get what I want. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.”

• I liked the new age feel and look with the big TV, comfy bed, nice couch, etc.

“Very nice hotel just extremely disappointed without the aspect that the pool closure was not disclosed as this is a hotel amenity that was crucial in making our decision to stay there!”

• They initially gave me the key to wrong room.

“It is a very cheerful hotel with a well appointed room with a couch and large had TV. It is located very close to the mall and medical offices. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.”

• Excellent remodel job.
• Breakfast area is quite small & gets very congested.

“Haven't stayed in this hotel since they remodeled and were very impressed. Friendly staff, nice lobby, spacious rooms. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room to go with the mini fridge.”

• Hotel was sheik and the 42" TV was the bomb.
• My kids were disappointed; the pool was being renovated.

“The hotel was great, centrally located. My kids loved the "huge" TV. We plugged in their DVD player to it and they loved that. The bed was very comfy and room was cozy.”

• We were looking for a place to just relax & get away. This Hotel was perfect! With the sofa & 42" TV! Great! Very relaxing! Great Beds!
• The only thing that was not totally up to par was the continental breakfast area is a little cramped. It is set-up could different for better access.

“We loved this hotel from the spacious rooms, the living room area with sofa, desk & wet bar, to the 42" TV. We wanted a place to just get away and relax in a nice atmosphere. This was a perfect stay. Everything about our room was excellent. The bed was super comfortable! We slept great! Nice amenities too. Having the snack kiosk was nice and to be able to go to the lobby and grab a beer was pretty nice too. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice get-away, or just an extra nice overnight stay!”

• The new decor, the layout of the rooms, and the dining area were wonderful!
• Only that the pool renovation was not finished yet.

“A friendly, clean, conveniently located, and upscale place to stay while visiting the west side of Boise for shopping and entertainment. My twenty-six year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely and wished we could stay longer!”

• Pool was closed, not mentioned on hotel website.

“We had a pleasant stay except for the pool room was being renovated. This was not mentioned on the website so my kids were quite disappointed.”

• The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
• The pool was out of commission and looked it. Parking was a bit inconvenient with no parking near the lobby.

“The room was a surprisingly large suite with a sectional couch, wet bar and office desk. The 42" flat-panel TV was an excellent bonus. The staff were all energetic, friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast ran later than most (till 10am) and had a good selection of items. All in all, a fantastic experience!”

• Nice large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, conveniently located.
• Bathroom floor (grooves between tiles) and base of toilet could be a lot cleaner.

“We enjoy staying here and look forward to our stays. I don't understand why if you are redoing your pool, why you don't add a hot tub. This is the only thing lacking that would make our stay even more enjoyable.”
